Time passed and one of the maids knocked on my door. Handing me the tray of food, I began to head to Akito's room.
Given the fact I needed some sort of light on the situation, I figured this would be the best way to get through her. She kept switching up on me, it was aggravating.
I knocked on her room door. "Come in." Her voice said from inside. I slid her door open.
"Food." I stated, placing her tray on the table. She sat by it and glanced up at me, then at her plate.
"You didn't do anything to it, right Y/n?" Akito picked up her chopsticks and pecked her food.
Rolling my eyes, I sat down across from her. "Out." She ordered. I shook my head. "I'll leave when you answer me this: What's going on with you?" I rested my hands on my cheeks.
"What do you mean?" She began to eat. "I thought we were good after our talk." I explained. "We are good, now leave." She said once again, but this time with a glare. I groaned and leaned my chin onto the table.
"Master Akito, you're killing me." I trailed as she shrugged her shoulders with a smirk.
My eyes widened as I pointed to her. "You do know what you're doing!" I sat up as she took a sip of her drink. "I have no idea what you're talking about." She hummed.
"Are you trying to punish me again? I did nothing." I crossed my arms. Akito grew silent.
I felt like she wasn't gonna talk about why she's making me work more than usual, so I gave up. Just for now at least.
"Oh well, see you." Standing up, I left her room.
Talking to her didn't work, so I had to come up with a new strategy. I walked to my bedroom while thinking.
Not paying attention to where I was going, I accidentally bumped into someone. "My fault—" I apologize, looking to see momiji.
