Momiji decided to spend the night. I was okay with it of course, but it was pretty risky since everyone and they momma enjoyed busting into my room.
To stop that, I kind of barricaded my door. And by kind of, I mean a lot.
I put my whole entire desk in front of it. "That should work." I gave Momiji a smile. "Is this really necessary, Y/n?" He asked, sitting in my bed. "Of course, it's their fault for not giving me privacy. "
He chuckled and laid down in which I joined him.
The next morning, I woke up and put on my kimono. Momiji was still asleep, so I let him be. I sighed and sat on the bed, getting on my phone when I heard a knock.
"Yes?" I called out. The person on the other side of the door started wiggling the door handle and pushing on the door. "Who is it!" I yelled, kicking and pushing in the desk to move it back in its place. The door slammed open and it was the head maid. I quickly threw a blanket over Momiji.
"What on earth did you do! This door remains unlocked at all times!" She argued.
"I don't have a locked ma'am." I pointed to the door, proving it to her. She scoffed and turned to my bed. "What is that?" She asked with an eyebrow raised. "Nothing, leave now please." I groaned as she walked over to it. I stood in front of her.
"You're invading my privacy!" I shouted as she glared. "Get out of my way, Y/n!" She ordered as I shook my head.
She continued walking, causing me to put my hand on her shoulder. She looked at my hand and then up at me. "Did you just touch me?!" The head maid asked in disbelief. "Don't make me the bad guy, you're the one who wouldn't listen!" I explained. Taken aback, she left my room.
I grumbled. She's probably on her way to Akito.
I shut the door and turned to Momiji who was now clearly awake. "I've never seen her so hostile." He sat up. "I tried my best to remain as still as possible!" Momiji laughed. I shook my head, softly chucking with him.
"Thanks for that." I replied with a grin.
"Now, it's best you sneak out. I hope nothing goes down, but realistically—" "It is Akito." Momiji frowned as I nodded with a slight smile. He stood up as I went to open my window. "I'll see you next time!" He exclaimed. "Yeah, see you."
Once he left, I closed the window and sighed. I headed out of the room, going to do chores but was instantly interrupted by the head maid. She crossed her arms and stared at me.
"Let me guess.. Akito wants to see me." I rolled my eyes. "It's 'Master Akito' to you." She stated.
So, stopping my chore, I walked to her room, softly knocking.
"Come in." She ordered. I walked inside, now being the one crossing my arms. She smirked at me.
"So, you pushed madam?" Akito asked with a grin. I leaned against the wall. "She's over exaggerating it. My hand simply touched her shoulder. She'll be fine." I replied. She stared at me for a second before going to sit on her bed. She patted beside her.
"No thanks." I said as she glared at me. "Y/n." She mumbled imma cold tone.
I sighed and headed over to her bed, sitting next to her. To be honest, I was pretty damn nervous. Normally when she's calm like this, she bursts out into a fit a second later. I would most definitely hate to be apart of it.
Akito leaned her head down onto my shoulder. I tensed up as she said nothing.
"Uhm—" "Shh." She quickly interrupted me. I looked to the side, not sure of what to do. "I'd like for you to come see me more. Let's say.. three times a day." She ordered as I have a small nod.
Three times is an awful lot. I'm not sure I'd want to be around her for so long.
"Breakfast, lunch, and dinner." She muttered as she reached her hand to my thigh, trailing a crossed the sides.
I gulped, waiting for her to talk about the incident with the head maid, but she wouldn't talk about it any further. It kind of felt like she as teasing me.
"A-alright.. I can do that." I replied quickly. I felt my face growing warm.
This is so awkward, and all to try and act like everything was normal.
