"Momiji?" I stared at he smiled. "I was looking everywhere for you, Y/n!—" He cheered in his usual cheery tone before I covered his mouth.
"Does anyone know you're here?" I asked as he looked away shaking his head.
I was about to say something before Akito's room door slid open. I panicked and quickly hugged Momiji. He turned into a bunny as his clothes fell on the ground.
"Y/n, who was that?" Akito asked, peeking from her room door. "Sorry, I was coughing!" I chuckled nervously as she walked over. I hid Momiji behind my back as I looked up at the taller figure.
"Okay.. and whose clothes?" She pointed. "Oh— those? They're mine! I was about to do laundry, so I better get going." I smiled, picking up his clothes, still facing Akito so she wouldn't see him. She raised an eyebrow as I walked backwards until I had to turn a corner. I rushed Momiji to my room and locked the door.
"As happy as I am to see you, what are you doing here?" I asked, turning away as Momiji transformed back.
"I wanted to see you, Y/n! I know Akito wouldn't allow it and there wasn't any way to tell you I was coming, so I snuck in!" He cheesed while getting dressed. "Finished!" He stated.
I turned to look at him and smiled. "Well, thanks for coming, Momiji." I said. "Of course!" He exclaimed, running to lay in my bed. "How have you been?" I started.
"Great! So.. how's it been with Akito?" He asked, quickly changing the subject as I sat in a chair by my desk. I sighed. "It's been.." I mumbled. "It's been?" The blonde tilted his head. "Sorry, haha! I meant it's been kind of hectic." I started. "But what more can you expect?" I chuckled as Momiji joined in.
"He's been so bipolar lately." I groaned. "Yeah.. but hey, you're still in one piece!" He cheered as I stared at him.
"Yay?.." I slightly cheered with him. "You make it sound scary." I snickered. "I'm just glad you're okay, Y/n!" He smiled as I nodded. "So, Is he still super mean?" Momiji asked. "Well, yeah, but he kind of switched up on me." I sighed.
"But.. yes, he has been nicer, probably because he's giving me so manny chores. It probably humors him." I laughed as Momiji chuckled.
"He could be avoiding confrontation!" He suggested. I turned and looked at him. "How so? I mean.. I thought we kind of talked the other day, but he acts like nothing happened." I frowned as Momiji sat up.
"Akito drives on attention! Well, that's always seemed to be the case, at least." He stated. "Then it seems I'm the opposite of that. He pushes me away all the time!" I groaned.
Momiji then got an idea. "What if you continue on like everything's normal? Then you can see if that bothers him! If he really cares, he'll show some kind of reaction!" He exclaimed.
"Act like everything's normal? I guess I can give it a try." I hummed.
