It hasn't been too long since Akito left you in the cat's cottage. You tried to find a way out. Time passed and no luck. It's been almost an hour and you were desperate.
So as much as you didn't want to, you took your phone out of your pocket and dialed a number.
"Please answer please answer plea—"
"Hello, you've reached the Sohma residence." A soft voice said through the phone. "Yuki! Oh my god! Hi! Hey! Okay look. I need help I'm- it's-" You stumbled over your words.
You didn't think about a cover story to tell. Though you still knew they were definitely gonna ask.
"Is everything okay Miss L/n?" Yuki couldn't help but be formal, yet his voice still had that sweetness to it. "I need you to come to the main estate." You stated. "W-why could I need to go over there?" He asked sternly. "I got stuck in the.. in the cats cottage." You muttered, slightly bitting your lip.
There was silence.
"I really nee-" Before you could even finish, he hung up. "The hell?" You groaned, growing more frustrated. You continued trying to call the house but no one answered. This went on for fifteen minutes before you heard the door open. It was Yuki.
"M-Miss L/n! How d-did you get.. in here?!" He asked, with a soft yell. He was breathing heavily. He just have run all the way here. "Catch your breath first." You suggested jokingly. "L/n, the cats cottage?" He walked over, slightly touching the cage.
"Oh, right. I was exploring— yes yes, exploring! I got here and went inside for fun but got locked inside! Silly me." You cheesed, not necessarily wanting to snitch on Akito because that would cause way more drama than you intended. After all, Neither Yuki nor Kyo knew you were coming here to see Akito.
"Miss L/n.. the door locks from the outside." He muttered then crossing his arms. Yuki was catching on.
You looked away. "Y/n." He stared at you. Somehow he always knew when you were lying. Then he'd give you that parent glare when you know you did something you weren't supposed to.
Covering your face, you sighed."Okay. It was Akito, but sh- HE! He was probably just angry!!" You blurted out. Luckily Yuki was too focused on how this happened to notice your slip up.
Surprisingly, Yuki, Kyo, and the other younger zodiacs weren't aware Akito was female.
"I can't believe Akito would do such a thing. Why were you here with him? You know how crazy he can ge—" Before he could finish, a voice interrupted him.
"I wouldn't say I'm crazy." Both you and Yuki looked to the direction where the sound was heard and saw Akito.
"Akito!!" You both yelled. "H-how did you know I was here?" Yuki asked, growing nervous just from the sight of Akito.
"I watched you walk through the gates. You didn't even come to see me, I'm hurt." Akito pouted, walking over to Yuki, giving him a hug. Yuki still seemed uneasy around Akito, but who could blame him?
"Cou-could you please let Miss L/n go." Though he was nervous, he stood his ground and stared Akito in the eyes.
Akito tilted her head with a smirk. "Look at you." She snickered.
"Please let her go! She didn't do anything wrong!" Yuki finally said. "I know you have the key, give it to me, Akito!" He practically demanded.
"You're getting bolder Yuki. But that's no way to talk to the head of the family.. let alone, your god." She glared at him. "L/n is not a Sohma. There for she cannot be locked in that cage." He defended.
"Then why don't I lock you up instead, Yuki?" Akito asked with a grin. "Leave Yuki out of your stupid games , Akito!!" You spat. This caused both Yuki and Akito to look over at you. "Oh.. I forgot you were here." Akito muttered. "Excuse me?" You raised your eyebrow.
"Miss L/n.. please— just be quiet for once.. this situation is already worse enou—" Yuki was interrupted by Akito opening the cage and grabbing you.
"Hey!" You yelled before Akito covered your mouth and glared. "You're pretty damn loud in that cage. How about you keep that mouth of yours shut before I lock all three of you in that cage!! You hear?!" Akito yelled as you glared at her.
"Akito, let go of her!" Yuki grabbed ahold of you, pulling you away. Once you were out of her grip you bawled up your fists. "You're insane." You spat.
"Since you're so very eager to protect Yuki and Kyo, why don't you trade yourself for their freedom?" Akito started. Yuki looked up at Akito and glared.
"Why would you even suggest something like that?" He glanced over to Akito. She looked at him before turning to you. "Which will it be, my dear?" She gave you a smirk.
You looked at Yuki he shook his head. It was awful being in that cage and well.. being around Akito as well, but if it's for people you care about.. then maybe it's okay? You just hoped you wouldn't regret this decision.
"Fine." You agreed. "If you let them free, then I'll stay here." You sighed before, Akito smiled and grabbed you. Yuki stared in disbelief. "No Miss L/n! There's no telling what he could do! It doesn't matter what happens to me and Kyo, as long as you're safe!" He rushed his words in a worried manner. He was just so desperate to change your mind in any way he can.
"Yuk-" Akito once again covered your mouth. "I think it's time for you to go, Yuki." Akito said. Yuki couldn't disobey, so he had to leave. He gave you one final glance, then left. Akito finally let you go and you looked at her.
"What the hell is wrong with you." You spat, squeezing your fists. Akito ignored you and grabbed your wrist, taking you to the main estate.
"You're all mine now." She smirked down at you.
