After hearing the "Apki Dr. Mallik ks's cheeks turns slightly red which was obviously unnoticed by sinan & noticed by Pg & she cleared her throat ks looked at her.

Pg & ks both looked at eachother with a sad grin. And suddenly ks's face lit up as if something pop-up into her mind. Pg was confused about her sudden change.
