Kai was still trying to find a way to force Zara into the merge because in order for it to happen both sides have to allow it to happen.

Theo walked in the house, frustrated. "I'm done." He stands in front of Kai.

"What?" Kai chuckles, not taking it serious at all.

"Olive promised me power and acceptance, you give me neither. I'm out." Theo tries to turn away to leave but Kai grabs him.

"I am so close to getting what I want, I won't let you ruin it." Kai tightly grabs Theo wrist, causing a burning sensation to go up his arm. "Why do you really want out?"

Theo face showed a lot of pain. "Malia told me everything, you're controlling me.."

Kai squeezes harder causing more pain to Theo. "There's more."

"You didn't tell me your whole plain involves killing Zara.." Theo paused. "Sorry I meant absorbing her." He tried to fight off the pain but it was hard.

Kai let go and laughed louder. "She got to you too?" Kai questioned. "Go, watch how weak you turn. Just look at Malia.

Theo confusing turns around to leave but does so slowly.

"When you notice that, don't come back or I will kill you." Kai swung his body around and struck Theo with a ball of electricity.

While Zara prepared for the merge, Liam stayed by her side the entire time. She had to gain enough magic to have the power to be able to sneak into Kai's mind. With both her Vampire and Werewolf side that should give her enough power but she needed to be sure. So Scott, Malia, and Kira all allowed Zara to siphon some of their powers and put it in a necklace.

While she rest up and read up on all the books she could, she got bored. She looked over at Liam who was looking a bit tired. "Have you heard from Theo?"

Liam had already dozed off at the end of bed.

While she leaned her head back, she began to see a dark shadow cloud over her. "Miss me?" Olive was back.

Zara goes to reach out for her but like a ghost there was nothing. "You're still here?" She exhaled from frustration.

"Of course I am.." Olive sat on the bed right beside her. "And I know more things now then ever."

"Yea because you're literally in my head." Zara tried to close her eyes and make it go away.

"They say the truth will set you free." Olive whispered in her ear just before disappearing again.

"Thank god." Zara let out a loud breath causing Liam to jump up. "I'm fine." She placed her hand on his shoulder calming him down.

The next day, using her magic Zara sent Kai a message to meet her at by the Old Hale house before sunset. She knew he got it once it disappeared on her end.

Zara turned back to Derek as she was putting away all her things. "I need you to make sure nobody step in, if they do my chances of surviving will slim." She paused. "And i'm really hoping I do."

"Are you sure about this?" Derek asked her repeatedly.

Zara nodded her head. "I need this to end."

They all went silent, Zara felt bad for what she was putting them both through. This isn't what she want, this was the complete opposite..

Liam sat in the corner all quiet, Zara knew this secret has been eating him up. Zara's sat beside him to try and comfort him but he couldn't didn't allow her too.

Liam just got up and walked out the door, letting it slam shut.

Liam knew he couldn't keep this secret in and the only person he knew would find a way to solve all this was Scott. He rushed into the house, trying to look for him but once he got into the room the only one who was in there was Stiles.

Stiles jumped up in hopes it was Scott. "What are you doing here?" He became disappointed when it wasn't.

"I need Scott." Liam tried to quickly turn around but Stiles stopped him.

"What is it?" Stiles asked. "I knew for 10 years, something wrong.."

"I can't." Liam couldn't even make eye contact, that's how close Liam was to just blurring it out.

"Liam.." Stiles grew really worried.

Liam slowly looked up at Stiles who had the most genuine concerned look on his face. Liam took a big breath before cracking. "Zaras going through with the merge."

Stiles face dropped and without another thought he tried to rush out the door but Liam stopped him.

"There's no point, it's look late." Liam looked out the window as he was the moon slowly coming out. "We cant stop her now.." He wished it wasn't true but it was.. He couldn't keep doing this to himself so he thought it would be better to just stop caring at all.

Stiles completely ignored him and rushed out the door. "Call Scott!!" He called out as he ran down the stairs.

At the Hale house, Zara waited patiently for Kai to show up. She flipped through photos on her phone at she sat on the porch.

"You have to go." Theo popped out from behind the tree and called out.

"What are you talking about?" Zara dropped everything and ran up to him.

"Don't do it." He begged.

"Trust me, I have this handled." She grabbed his hands and tried to calm him down.

"Do you?" Kai step out from behind her.

She quickly turned around to face him. "I thought you weren't going to show."

"And miss the biggest gift anyone could possibly give me." Kai smiled as he crossed his hands. "Let's begin." He smirked, pulling out some kind ascendant.

He used a knife to to slit the palm of his hand. "Your turn." He hands the knife over to her.

She hesitated but takes it. Once she cut her hand, there would be no turning back. She hold the knife and drags it across her hand.

"Stop!!" Liam calls out. "You don't have to this, we'll fight." He tried to cut in between them but Kai had set a boundary spell.

"Zara, we'll find another way." Stiles added.

Before they could say another word, Zara began to mumble the spell and grab onto Kai's hands. Both their heads leaned back and their eyes turned white.

"Noo!!" Liam fell onto his knees and watch as it was too late.

Scott finally had shown up but it was too late. Stiles reached his arm out to stop him from hitting the boundary.

"Don't worry I've done this before." Scott goes to reach out from the boundary but Stiles stops him again.

"You can't, she's already in it." Stiles pulled him away because just saying no wouldn't have stopped him.

Liam, Scott, Stiles and Theo watched as the wind began to pick up, the leafs around them began to blow in circles and the sky got dark. Zara and Kai both hooked together with blood dripping from both their hands and still mumbling under their breathes.
