yin and yang

Hyunjin

i pace around my building's lobby, waiting for chan to pick me up, this is big. this is too big. i try to shake my anxiety away but there's no use, we are in deep deep trouble, and felix and i are in the middle of the storm.
i get into chan's car, i look at han in the backseat and we all look at each other with distress in our eyes, "...i went through his phone while lee know distracted him and...well..." chan sighs "hyunjin...i guess i'm going to cut to the chase, felix is-" chan begins to say, i take out the envelope with the pictures and place them on his lap, "-getting blackmailed. i know." i continue his sentence, he looks through the pictures and gasps, "h-hyunjin- that's you..." he says in disbelief, "yeah it was from the day at the party, i guess someone followed us to the rooftop and captured them when we didnt notice." i explain, "but hyunjin, do you realize that felix's back is facing the camera?" chan comments, "yeah so?" i'm confused, "hyunjin no one knows that this is felix, nothing can prove that it is- shit. hyunjin, felix took the fall for you." chan explains, "w-what do you mean?" i say, still confused, "oh my god...the day...the day he broke your phone...the reason why he was angry was because...fuck i don't think i should be saying this but, there was a small rumor about you being, well...gay, and i heard about it and told lee know and we decided to tell felix, which resulted in...well, that." han explains, "...that's why you two were outside the room with felix..." i realize and han nods, "oh my god...that explains why i felt weird stares when we were at the park that day....i thought i was going insane...and...shit...the thing beomgyu said...how was there a rumor about me that i didnt even know of?!" i run my hands through my hair in confusion, "that's the thing, the next day, it was like the rumor never existed" han explains, "fuck. i need to talk to him. now." i begin to stress out, chan and han look at each other, "you can't..." han says, looking down, "what do you mean?" i turn to him, chan and han look at each other again, hesitantly, "him, i.n and changbin have a separate flight..." chan sighs, "okay??" i reply, "it's...now." han announces.

Felix

i try to ring him again, fuck why isn't he answering- "come on felix we're gonna miss our flight" changbin says worriedly, "just one minute please" i say as i dial hyunjin's number again, i look around as i wait for his beep and i suddenly see someone frantically come in from the entrance from the floor beneath us, as i look closer, i notice that it's hyunjin, he looks around and as soon as he looks up, he makes eye contact with me, he takes out his phone from his pocket and answers me, "hi" he says out of breath, "hi" i answer back, "i know everything felix." he says as he begins to walk, my breathing hitches, "let's go felix" one of the staff members suddenly grabs my arm and pulls me away, "hyunjin dont do anything, please- i'm going to fix this okay?" i stutter, i watch as he begins to run towards me as i get pulled away, "i'm going to make them pay felix, i'm going to make them pay for taking you away from me" he screams, i try to fight the staff's grip on me as i see him getting closer, "i'll be waiting for you hyunjin, no matter what" i spit out, i close my eyes, realizing that i will never be able to escape from him, for him and i, are like yin and yang, we're like water and fire, we're like blue and red. im unable to see it, but i can hear his mouth stretch into a smile, followed by a relieved sigh, i open my eyes to see him putting his phone in his pocket as he gets on the escalator, charging towards me, i manage to ungrip myself and speed to him, we both put our arms out, and as soon as our fingers brush against each other, the staff grabs me again and picks me up on his shoulder, i try to fight him off as he walks towards the terminal but there's no use, i put my arm out one last time, "hold tight okay? i'm coming to get you" his voice slowly fades, i nod as i watch him disappear away.

Hyunjin

I make sure my suitcase is packed and ready before changing and heading out of the door, as i'm about to head out, i rush back to my room and open my drawer, i pick up the couple ring and i put it on my palm, i stare at it, hoping that this will be the first and last time i'll ever take it off, i put it on and head out the door.
I try to think of who could be blackmailing felix on my way to the airport and while waiting for my flight at the airport, as i'm thinking of the note with the pictures, i slowly feel my eyes getting heavy, i begin to dream of the letter and of all of the stressful days that i've encountered recently, "hyunjin...hyunjin... wake up...it's time" i hear lee know whisper, i wake up and we start heading for our terminal. "are you okay? you seem quite confused?" han comes up to me as we're walking, "yeah...i just...my dream...the letter was so prominent in it and a random day kept playing over and over again..." i say, contemplating. "which day? it might be important " han asks, "the day the pictures were taken...it was that party-" i stop in my tracks, i begin to put all the pieces together, "shit." i run my hands through my hair, "what's up?" lee know says, worried, "i think i know who is blackmailing felix" i say, running to chan as soon as I'm done with my sentence.
