purple bliss

Felix

his i love you rings in my head repeatedly like an endless chime, and i wonder why it had taken me so long to say it. The feeling of the cold metal of my belt against my bare skin brings me back to my senses. i grab hyunjin's arms and push him off of me, pinning him to the bed, "my turn now, don't you think?" i say. before he can argue, i slam my lips into his, he suddenly relaxes his body and lets me take the lead, i unzip his pants and watch as his chest heaves higher and higher, i like watching what i do to him. i grab his waist, balancing myself as i thrust into him, he lets out a grunt, followed by his and my heavy breathing, i cover his mouth as he starts getting louder with my movements, i remove my palm from his mouth, covering his moans with my lips, i grab onto the back of his knees, pushing his thighs onto the bed, he bites onto my lip as i start thrusting harder, and i suddenly feel a cold ooze come out of my lips, i pull my head back, "oh shit" i move to get up as soon as i see my blood smeared all around hyunjin's lips, he swiftly puts his arms around my back and pulls me back in, the taste of my blood is more apparent now, but hyunjin doesn't seem to mind it. He grips onto my back as i dig myself deeper into him, at this point, neither of us can muffle each other's moans as we get closer and closer, i finally drop on top of him, our hearts pumping out of our chests.

Hyunjin

We wake up the next day tangled in each other's bodies, i try to get up but he tightens his grip on me, "good morning yongbokie" i plant kisses on his forehead and he begins to stretch and groan, "can we stay like this forever" he says, his voice raspy, he snuggles onto my chest, refusing to move away, "i wish" i sigh, kissing his head.

We finally get up after 40 minutes of telling each other to get up first, and maybe a few minutes of making out too. "i'm gonna take a shower" felix announces, "you should too" he continues, "okay i'll go to my room" i grab my shirt, he suddenly grabs my arm and pulls me into the bathroom, pushing my back on to the door and locking it, "by you should too i meant with me silly" he says, tickling my chin, his face inches away from mine, he ruffles my hair before taking his boxers off and going into the shower, "you wanna come in?" he pops his head out. I throw my shirt to the side and join him. As steamy as it was, all we did was shampoo each other's hair, and without felix noticing, i would shape his hair into a mohawk. As we both laugh at how stupid we look, time starts going by slowly, i missed this, i needed this, hearing his laugh so close to me, knowing that his laughter involves me makes me the happiest most content man alive.

We get changed and finally head out of the door, felix and i get into a car with seungmin and i.n, and as soon as we enter the car, felix and i look at each other, sensing a certain tension, "are you guys okay?" i ask, "haha..what... yeah we're fine" i.n replies, him and seungmin laugh awkwardly, "well you-" felix begins to talk, "-oh i'm actually getting a call from-" seungmin cuts him off "-his parent- my parents too- call- hello?" i.n picks up his phone, felix and i look at each other, this time we don't know whether to laugh or be deeply concerned.

Felix

As we're walking to the backstage we bump into changbin, which seemed to be in a rush, not looking away from his phone as we try to say hi, hyunjin and i share another confused look, i gulp, feeling like something is not right at all, there hasn't been tension like this since han and hyunjin hated each other.
we enter the backstage room to find it empty, we sit down on the couch, "what the hell was-" i begin "-i'm scared felix." hyunjin cuts me off, i turn my body to him, "what's wrong?" i rub his arm, "the guy- w-we don't know what he's capable of, what if he starts to target the other members?" he asks, "he wont." we look back to see lee know in the middle of the room, "when did you?-" i begin, confused, "we got him." han comes into the room, "you guys don't need to worry anymore." chan comes in, hyunjin and i look at each other with tears in our eyes, "how?" i ask, "well.." we hear a voice outside "they couldn't do it alone" changbin comes into the room, followed by seungmin and i.n, we get up, "y-you guys know??" i ask, "we only found out yesterday, but none of us were really shocked" seungmin smirks, "is that why you guys were acting so weird?" i ask, "we were just upset that you guys didn't tell us sooner, you should know that we'll support you no matter what" seungmin continues "unless you like...kill someone or something" i.n says, "i'd still support you" changbin says, nonchalantly, we all laugh together and i can proudly say that this is one of the happiest moments of my life, sharing laughs with my favorite people, and the love of my life, and not having to hide. "wait so how did you guys get rid of him?" hyunjin asks, "well...we all pitched in and gave him a good amount of money for him to leave the company" i.n replies, "we also made sure that he wouldn't get hired by anyone behind his back" i.n continues, "i can't believe this is finally over, thank you, thank you so much, you guys are the best thing that happened to us, truly." i say, still in shock.

Hyunjin

"well, dinner is on you guys tonight" seungmin says, "and for the rest of the month" lee know says, "okay guys that's too much-" i start pushing them out of the room, "-FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR!-" chan screams right as i push them all out and close the door behind them, i lean my back on the door, "come here" i  open my arms, i hug him tightly, exhaling a breath of relief, "it's finally over" his voice breaks, and i begin to feel his tears fall on my shirt, "nothing is going to separate us okay? nothing." i kiss his head and look down at him, "i love you" he blinks, letting his tears shed down his cheeks, "i love you more" i kiss his forehead, "shall we go now?" i ask, playing with his bangs, he nods, i hold his hand and open the door.

We get dressed for the concert and do our stretches, he comes up to me after getting my makeup done, "i cant wait to ruin your makeup tonight" he whispers into my ear, i slap him on the arm, unable to contain my blushing. We all huddle up together, i hold on to felix extra tight, "let's do this." chan looks at us, everyone else turns their heads toward us and nods, the stage elevator lifts, and i squeeze felix's hand one more time before running to the center of the stage.

Felix

i run to the center of the stage, holding hyunjin's hand in one hand, and lee know's hand in the other, i look closely at the other members, and watch them laugh and smile at each other, i then look to the front, squinting my eyes to try to catch the faces of stays, but i dont need to, because the sound of their joy is enough to tell me that they love me as much i do, unconditionally. I then look at hyunjin, frockling as his hair flies through the wind, and i remember how I used to always follow the color blue, whenever in doubt, blue was always my answer, but the day i found that note, my answer became red, wherever i went, red was there, waiting for me to follow it, the redness of his cheeks whenever i stroke his face, the redness of his palm after holding hands for several hours, the red, that is his favorite color, the red, that has paved my path to be with him, the red, that is now the love of my life, the red that is hwang hyunjin, my boyfriend. We lock eyes and nod to each other, i have him and he has me, and nothing in this world will change that.

Now, we can finally mend into purple bliss.
