Elvis had come back from doing his two years of service in the Army, earning himself a rank of Sergeant. Before he could return to Graceland, however, he had multiple interviews.
"Elvis," asked one interviewer. "What do you plan to do next?"
"Well... the first thing I have to do is cut some records... uh... then, I have a television special with Frank Sinatra... and finally, I have a few films coming up that I'm starring in."
"And you no longer want to sing in your films, is that right? You want to be a dramatic actor."
"Well, sir, that's my big ambition now. It takes a lot of time, a lot of experience."
