Chapter-4: An unexpected meeting

"Kiana? What are you doing here?" I look up to she a woman in her late 20s with red hair and amber eyes. "Shouldn't you be studying with Fu Hua to catch up with the classes you skipped?" (No? Because I am not Kiana. But what is she doing here?!)

"Sorry miss customer but I think you got the wrong person, my name is Diana and I work here as a waiter." I said giving her a little forced smile while she raised an eyebrow at me.

"Kiana.. (sigh) just because you changed the first letter of your name and put your hair in a ponytail doesn't mean I will not recognize you." (Kiana sure will think that would work.) she tried to say more but I speak before her.

"Like I said dear customer I think you got the wrong person. My name is Diana, here is my id." I take my wallet from my pocket show her the id Mr.Winters made me.

"[Diana Winters, 17 years old, date of birth ian. 11Th 1998.] Right but from what I know Adam Winters's daughter is named Eva and she died in Nagazora one year ago." she keeps insisting.

"I got adopted a few months ago so my family name changed to Winters." she stared at me while I was sweating bullets.

"Let's say I believe you. Sorry for the missunderstanding, can I get a cappuccino?" finally she let go. (I thought she would drag me to st.Freya just to see two Kianas face to face.)

"Coming right up." I say while smiling more naturally now that i relaxed a bit and go to get her cappuccino.

"Diana I'll take the order. A new freezer arrived and they need you to bring it inside." Sera stopped me and I nodded giving her the order going to the back to an one and a half meter wide and a meter tall freezer waiting for me.

I take it inside and replaced the broken one. After that I put the broken freezer in the back of the truck to be taken to get repair or to be scraped. Going back in the shop I look around to see Himeko leaving so I start to clean the table, get customers to their table and taking orders.

At the end of the shift and the end of the day Sera came to me before leaving seeming to have something to tell me.

"Girl! How did you catch the eye of Himeko Murata?" Sere asked me excitedly . (I did what now?)

"What do you mean? I caught who's eye?" feigning obliviousness I ask.

"Himeko Murata is an A rank valkyrie of shicksal, the captain of hyperion and a teacher at st.Freya. How do you not know? We talk about valkyries almost everyday." she said baffled by how "I don't know" someone as known as her.

"I might just not payed attention some of the names we where talking about, you know how bad I am at remembering names." Sera just made an emotionless stare at my excuse.

"But you had no problem with remembering my name or Daniel's name." said in disbelief.

"I work with you everyday and how can I forget the jerk's name when he is practically rubbing it in my face."

"I heard that!" he said from the door, he was about to leave.

"Just leave already!" I said sticking my tongue out at him.

"You two make one heck of a pair." said hiving me a smug look.

(No way in hell!) "When hell freezes over. Anyway what did you say before?" I changed the topic back on Himeko.

"Right. Himeko Murata asked about you, can you believe this?" she said back to being exited.

"What did she ask and what did you said?" I was hoping that she didn't say anything unnecessary but luck wasn't on my side.
