Chapter-5: A troublesome customer

After a week and two days of late night work we finished the urgent documents and reports then push the rest for later.

Today is monday and we now eat the breakfast that Mei made for us, some more than others.

"So aunt Teri, why did we get this week of?" asked Kiana while she took her 4th serving.

"We got something coming up. Why, do you want Fu Hua to keep teaching you while the rest have the week off?" said Theresa making Kiana shake her head and focus on her food.

We kept eating and talking for the rest of breakfast. After finishing Bronya and Kiana started playing on the HomuStation [If you have any idea of a name for the console tell me in a comment, because I can't think of any.], Fu Hua left outside to practice and Mei began to wash the dishes. "Himeko! Aunt teri! Where are you going?" Kiana curiously asked.

"We are going to a coffee shop before we go to the work we have to do." I respond trying not to tell her too much but I overestimate on how much she will look into it.

"Can i come too?" she simply asks startling us.

"U-uh.. Kiana we are not going to a coffee shop near by, so even if you came we can't let you alone afterwards. So no you can't come." Theresa relaxed after hearing my excuse while Kiana started making pleading eyes.

"Pleasseee~ I can take care of myself, I am a big girl after all." Kiana plead while we made an 'Are you really?' look.

"What if I come with her? She will not be alone anymore, right?" Mei finished the dishes and came beside Kiana.

"Mei-sempai!!" Kiana looked at Mei with stars in her eyes.

"I'll come too to keep an eye on idiotka." Bronya said while coming to Kiana's side.

"Huh? Why do you have to come?" Bronya just looked at her then just ignored her and looked at us.

"Come on Kiana, the more the merrier." Mei said trying to calm Kiana.

"(humn) Fine, if Mei-sempai said so." Kiana pouted then started making puppy eyes at us.

"Now I am not alone so, pleassee~ can we come too~?" Kiana asked looking at us while Mei and Bronya started looking at us with puppy eyes too.

"(sigh) Fine, you have 5 minutes to get ready or we're leaving without you." said Theresa surprising me.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" I ask her after the girls left to get ready.

"It will be weirder to say no when we just go to a normal coffee shop. Besides you said it was afternoon when you were there so she must have the afternoon shift right?" I nod. "Then what are the chances of us running into her?" I only sigh at that.

"Let just hope nothing wrong will happen." I say. After a few minutes the girls came and left.

P.O.V. Diana 'K-324'

It was just another normal morning, I finished my morning exercises and got out of the shower. While getting for breakfast I thought of the meeting I had with Himeko a week ago. (Nothing really happened after that. I wonder if they just thought I was just similar to Kiana and left me alone.) Wondering that I go the the kitchen and had breakfast. I used to have breakfast at the coffee shop on the first floor but after an incident where there weren't enough tables one morning I began to eat here.
