Chapter Four

~Flashback~

Izuku was quite perplexed. Why did his mother bring in a kid off of the streets and into their house? Something about him seems off.

The way he carries himself is cautious and ready for a fight. His feet are light against the floors and the sounds of his clothing rubbing together is the only noise he makes. It became even creepier when he noiselessly stepped on the creaky part of the floor that would always get Izuku caught while sneaking out.

But just the eyes of the boy himself were unsettling enough. The electric blue eyes pierced into his soul and left him speechless. Something about them told Izuku that the boy had gone through trauma time and time again and only came out stronger and more radically scarred.

Izuku knew that it would be better to stay on the boys side.

And yet, when the boy shyly greeted Izuku and introduced himself as Killua, Izuku knew that Killua was not a threat.

His demeanor was just off putting and he could tell that even with the evils that Killua had most likely seen, there was still an immeasurable amount of light and goodness that was radiant inside of him.

That led Izuku to be confident enough to speak.

"I'm Izuku. I hope we can become good friends!"

~End Flashback~

The next class, a question from Iida about Killua's outfit sparked even more questions than the day before, leaving him feeling overwhelmed.

"Why do you look different than Midoriya?" "Why did they let you join so late?" "Why weren't you at the exam?" "Are you weak?"

There were too many people for Killua to count as they inched closer and closer with the exception of Izuku and a few kids in the back.

Before Killua could answer to the degrading and fast flying questions, Aizawa yelled, "Sit down! We are still in a lesson and Anastasia seems to be worn out. I-"

"I bet she is weak isn't she," a spiky kid with an obviously large ego snickered, breaking off Aizawa.

The class erupted into more questions, but Aizawa just yelled again and said, "No, actually. Anastasia is at the top of the class in both the written exam and physical. She just had to come in late because of certain.. erm.. adjustments."

Of course, only Killua and the teachers at UA knew what he meant by 'adjustments'. Killua had snuck into UA on the first day of school to look for someone who had a teleportation quirk in case of him being able to teleport back into his own world. With Izuku being able to go into the school this year, he had a cover for breaking and entering by just saying that he was lonely and wanted his big brother back.

Unfortunately, he had not been careful enough, and Izuku saw him sneaking around. He yelled out, "Ki- Anastasia!?" Before Killua could run away, and some teachers came to investigate.

Killua was taken into principal Nezu's office to explain why he was at the school without being registered in the system. He desperately wanted to run but was afraid as it would put a damper on the Midoriya family name, so he stayed put and quiet.

Detective Tsukauchi was also brought in unfortunately, so Killua was unable to lie and say that he was there to see his brother. So he ripped off his disguise and explained to them everything that had happened up to that point.

The teachers were left in shock and Nezu just smiled and said, "Well, we have to keep an eye on you, right?"

From there, Killua was instructed to push himself to his fullest capabilities and use his Nen to complete the physical test that Aizawa had given the kids that very day, except Killua did it alone after hours.

His scores rivaled that of All Might's as he broke all of the records easily without breaking a sweat as the teachers stood by absolutely terrified. His scores were almost five times more than All Mights on occasion.

They even made him take the written test, to which Killua passed with flying colors and a smile on his face.

The teachers knew this kid was special, and he was definitely going to join UA.

I hope you liked it! This was my first "serious" fanfic as all of my others are supposed to be silly and odd like my Hisoka x Ryuk one 💀

I'll try my best to keep this story updated but it'll probably not be a very long story because I have a lot of things to do and I am very busy (also lazy 🥲).
