Chapter: 10

Allison Hall

I shifted in the bed, to find the other side cold and empty. UGH! Where in the hell is he? I got out of bed and felt a little sick. I rushed to the bathroom to throw up! I haven't had the morning sickness in a few weeks. I didn't feel too well after that. I just laid my head on the toilet seat.

I must have fallen asleep because my mom was at my side shaking me. I groaned, "Go Away..."

"Thank God, that you're alive!" She sighed, happily.

I lifted my head to look at her. She was defiantly worried about me. She offered me her hand and helped me up from the floor.  She made sure I made it into the living room without passing out.

She was beating around in the kitchen. I bet she was making me food. I love my mom, she's so awesome! I was about to get up just to help her in the kitchen but her voice made me flop back down, "Allison Elizabeth Grace Hall, You might want to sit your pregnant self-down."

I heard the doorbell ring, so I called out to my mom, "Can I at least open the door?"

"Go ahead." She sighed.

I hoisted myself from the couch and made my way to the door. I'm still in a sleep shirt and shorts. My belly is noticeable like this. I actually like the look of my belly! It's just amazing! I opened up the door to reveal Caroline, Justin's mom.

"Mrs. Caroline?" I asked. Of course I know it's her, but why is she here?

"Hey honey! May I come in?" Her sweet voice asks. She has the exact same blue eyes as Justin. Other than the eyes, she and Justin look totally different. Her face is round shaped. Her eyes are big and oval. Her auburn hair hung below her chin.

"Yes Ma'am." I say.

She walks into the hall, while I close the door back. "Lovely place your fellow built you!"

I just laughed and said, "Thanks! He worked hard at this, that's for sure."

"He must really love you then!" She offered me her genuine smile.

"I think he does." I smile back at her. "Mom's in the kitchen. It's that way." I pointed towards the opening from the living room.

"Thank you dear!" She starts to head off to the kitchen when I say, "I'll go change and I'll be in there in a few minutes."

"Alrighty dear!" She said before she went into the kitchen to converse with my mother.

I walked into my bedroom and took a quick shower. I let my hair dry into loose curls. I did very little makeup. I then slipped on my clean underwear and maternity bra. I put on my jeans with the sweatpants band on. I slipped on some socks because my feet were cold! Now all I have to do is find a shirt. Hmm? I was standing in front of my closet scoping out what to wear. I ended up picking a maternity sweater I bought. It was done in that soft material and not that scratchy stuff! It was red! I love the color red. I slipped on some of my dark tan Sperry's!
