Chapter: 22

Allison Petterson

We walked down the aisle hand in hand. I was so content right now. I am officially Allison Elizabeth Grace Petterson. This is so hard to believe! I am married now, with a baby on the way. We were holding the reception inside the house. We had an extra room that was big enough to hold the reception. Nathan had it build for some odd reason, but it worked out in the end. We had white tables with purple ribbons around them, just like our outside ones scattered around the room.  We took all of the pictures that we needed. I wasn't really scared anymore. I am just so happy! I'm with the love of my life right now!!!

We did the whole shoving the cake into the others mouth and I have to say that Nathan got me good. I'll defiantly get him back later for that! Meanie!  I am not old enough to do drink, but when we done the swapping of the glasses, mine had a non-alcoholic drink in it. That kind of sucked because Nathan can drink whenever he wants since he's 23. He is actually turning 24 in a few weeks on June 14.

When it got to time for the toast, I signaled for Alex to come here. He let go of Lexi's hand and walked towards me. I made sure that we were away from people before I spoke. "When are you going to do it?"

He scratched the back of his neck and said, "I told Nathan earlier that I would during the toast. If that's okay with you sis?"

I just broke out into a huge smile. "Of course brother! You need to do it soon because she's amazing for you!"

He let a smile slip onto his lips. "Thanks sis! I do love her so much! I just wanted it to be okay that I did it during the toast. Nathan said it was okay, so I had to ask you."

"You're welcome. Now go do that toast!" I pushed him towards the front of the room. When he got to the front of the room, he just shook his head at me. I just laughed at him.

He clicked on his glass to get everyone's attention. Nathan came over towards me and wrapped his strong arms around me. I placed my hands on his arms and sighed, content with his arms around me. He leaned a little so that he could kiss my cheek. I turned my attention back to my brother when he said, "Hey everyone. Thank you all for coming to my sister and my best friend's wedding."

Everyone clapped and cheered. Nathan and I both smiled. "Allison, you and I may have not gotten along at times as a kids. Plus, I might of harassed you some growing up." I just rolled my eyes at him, while the others laughed. "I can't believe that you are married now! Time has flown by! Nathan, you are my best friend and I am glad that we are still close. You two have a love that I am lucky to have myself. "

I looked over at Lexi to see her smiling.  "My sister is the one who has gave me the courage to do what I'm about to do. Also, Allison if this goes wrong, it's your fault." He warned. I just shot him a dirty look.

I saw him take a deep breath before he spoke. "Lexi would you come up here, please?"

Her eyes were wide. She defiantly looked nervous. I think deep down she knew what was about to happen. I just smirked! Alex motioned for her again and she shook her head before going to him. I could hear her hiss, "What the hell Alex?" I believe Nathan heard it too, because he laughed.
