Saying Wednesday's life was a mess would be an understatement. Unable even to go down your own stairs, too afraid of what might await you. A constant need to hear music or something with a pattern, just to be able to drown out the fear that eats you alive. You feel nothing but everything at the same time. Your head is always throbbing. Your heart always hurts. Your body constantly varies in temperature. Your emotions are so confusing. You cant decide. You can't choose. You just want to lay down and rot. You have so many things to do. You don't want to do anything. You're going to disappoint. Keep up. You're too fast. You're too slow. You're so kind. You're so fucking mean.

She sat. focusing on the walls loud music was playing in her ears. She was only brought out of her thoughts by the tremors she feels on the floor. Her heart skipped a beat as she threw off her headphones and bolted from her room, only to stop at the top of the stairs. She had to wait a short while before her mother could be seen rushing down the hallway and stopping at the bottom of the steps. I've been trying to call you for so long.' The tone internally relieved the goth. 'Your food is waiting in the kitchen.' The goth's head was throbbing as Morticia said before returning to the living room. As she walked down the stairs, she made an effort to hear the song's words in her head but it came to no avail. She could barely focus, the sound of her heart pulsing in her ears, throat, chest and head distracted her. She took a step on the cold tiles of the floor, each step sent a new wave of nervousness through her, but she made sure not to show it.

She felt so hungry but the second she looked at the food, her lips parted and her stomach churned. She was about to turn around and ask if she could skip dinner but the second she noticed there was a tall man in the room with her. Her mother's boyfriend. 'It's good, isn't it? Made it myself.' He smiled. The goth couldn't understand but his very presence made her so.. uncomfortable. Pressured. The goth picked up the plate with a nervous smile as she sweated profusely. 'Y-yeah.. It's great.' She stuttered as she rushed to exit the room. She immediately ran up the stairs and walked into her room, gently closing the door behind her. She could hear her phone exploding.

She saw her headphones, and quickly put them back on sighing in relief. Her eyes gazed over to her phone. Which were just notifications of people complimenting her. The messages almost disgusted her. More like made her uncomfortable. She appreciated the attention but it all felt like a lie. She got a cold shiver. She isn't bipolar but there are times when she feels like there's someone lurking in the back of her mind. Taking her apart like a puzzle piece and replacing it with their own. She knew both sides were her and she wished she could be both but the fear of others' reactions stop her. The look of fear on other people's faces made her want to smile, but the fear of them acting the same way her mother did stopped her. It was then another notification came through. 'Enid..' She hurried on her phone, opening the app only for all of her happiness and hope to be destroyed.

''Listen.. We can't be friends anymore. You're just not the same; I understand you're going through alot right now, but you've been using that excuse for months.. I can't deal with it anymore.'' The goth stared at her screen, her heart pulsed against her ribcage and her eyes pricked with tears as her vision got blurry; at this point, she was too tired to care. She cried but she felt nothing inside. Her eyes gazed up at the food and she gaged. The goth sighed, climbed into her bed and just listened to her music till she passed away into a land of darkness, not even comforted by dreams.
