I am slowly fading away... and you aren't even noticing.
"How come the alarm didn't sound!" I heard Kais shout. "It was supposed to be working! You said it was working!" I could sense his anger and worry in him.
"It is!" Andrew shouted back. "Someone INSIDE was the one who took the shot!" Ugh, I was shot... that explains why everything hurts.
"Stop shouting," I whispered causing both of them to stop.
"ASTRA!" Kais shouted in relief as he approached me."Dóxa to theó that you are alright," He grabbed my hand. "How are you feeling?"
I groaned. "Like someone shot me through the stomach," I chuckled and no one said a word. "Too soon?" I question and Andrew laughed.
"God Astra," Andrew sighed. "Why can't something GOOD happen to you, like I don't know, you get control of the elements or something, instead of always ending in a hospital?" I shrugged with a smile.
I let out a yawn. "How long have I been out?" I questioned. "Have we found who shot me? And before you start screaming again, just like Andrew said, it was someone from the inside, so we better start looking who is missing," Kais turned to face the door, he already knew who was it. 'You can tell me,' I spoke to him through the bond.
"It's Loki," Kais whispered so low, that if it weren't for our enhanced hearing, Andrew and I wouldn't have picked it up. "He is missing," He turned to look out the window. "When we were presenting you to the pack, he disappeared, and after the shooting, no one can seem to find him,"
I turned to face Andrew and he gave me a simple nod, he had already removed him from our database. I let out a chuckle. "Don't worry," I motioned Kais to come closer. "We will find him if he ever decides to come back,"
Kais gave me a quizzical look. "Astra and I had already talked about removing Loki from the program, and making sure to have an extra alarm for him," Andrew explained. "The issue was, that we were going to do so, after the ceremony, and well," I chuckled at the end.
I tried to sit up, only for the pain to explode from my stomach. "No!" Kais pushed me back. "Agápi, you were shot with a SILVER bullet, you're going to have to rest a bit more before returning back to normal,"
I frowned. "Why a Silver Bullet?" I questioned and they both let out a sigh. "They wanted to prove I am royal?" Kais nodded. "But, I was shot in the stomach," I thought aloud. "They need me alive," Kais growled. "For what?"

*Dameon Othonos' P.O.V*
He took a sip of his water as he stared at Loki Scala talk about the Royal Princess that somehow was alive, and how he proved it by shooting her in the stomach with a Silver Bullet, and how she is his brother's mate...
"I have access to the Pack," Loki smirked. "I can kidnap her and bring her here so that our plan can continue,"
"No," Dameon replied. "You are not going back, I am sure that they already know that you shot her," He stood from his chair. "Our plan is still on, but what we are going to do now is slightly apart from the original plan,"
Loki frowned and motioned a what with his hand. "What exactly do you have in mind?"
"You say that she just got accepted to the Pack right?" Loki nodded. "That means that everyone is buzzing with excitement about their new Luna," Dameon smirked. "How about we send a Hunter to their pack,"
"Shall I contact our special Hunter?" Loki spoke as he got his phone out. "He has been helping your family for a long time," He added. "He also got rid of the Queen Mother and the Queen herself,"
"Sure," Dameon spoke. "Make sure to instruct him to send a rookie, we just need for them to be scared, that the Hunters already know where they reside," Loki frowned. "The Hunters don't know where the Scala Pack is, so you have to take the Hunter to their territory, we are not telling them just yet,"
"If you say so," Loki sighed as he stepped away to make a call.
Dameon turned to the wall, where we had all the Diakos Dynasty plastered. His grandfather had started the war when his mate went over and stayed with the Kind, claiming that he was her mate. His grandfather failed, so his father took it upon himself to finish what his father had started, and had almost succeeded, but he missed the Queen Mother, the Queen and the Princess, and now, now it was his turn to finally finish what had been started a long time ago.
He stared at Astra's picture, he was going to destroy her, and not only he was going to get rid of the Dynasty, but he also was going to get rid of the Scala Pack... And that was just the mere beginning.

I was finally allowed to get up from the bed and walk around, at least in my room, but something was wrong. Kais was working alongside Nathaniel and Liber, trying to figure out how to deal with Loki and the Othonos' Pack, and I wasn't allowed to join...
Andrew was trying to keep me company, but he had to make sure that the security hadn't been breached, and to figure out where and how we could find Loki, to make sure that we are prepared in case he decides to come back...
"Hey," Andrew spoke as he entered my room. "So, I have an idea on how to find Loki," He started.
"But?" I sighed. "What is that I need to do that I believe Kais will not be happy for me to do?"
Andrew bit his lip before sticking his tongue out. "We need Ble," I raised an eyebrow. "You know that she is still alive right, we need her, and she is at your old place,"
I took a seat biting my thumb. "Ok," Andrew jumped towards me. "I'll do it, and we have to do it right now, Kais is in a meeting with your brother and Liber,"
Andrew gulped. "Are you sure you want to do it without telling Kais?" I rolled my eyes. "Come on, if he finds out he is going to be pissed!"
"And if I tell him he won't let me go," I argued back. "So, let's get going, I just need to figure out a way to make sure that he doesn't feel that I have left,"
"Left where?" Kais spoke causing Andrew and me to scream. "What are you two planning?"
"I need to go back for Ble," I shrugged. "I'll take the super secret tunnel, get her, and come right back,"
Kais nodded. "I'll do it," Andrew and I shared a look. "I am not going to let you put yourself in danger, not when you are still recovering," A smile came to my face. "Just tell me where I can find Ble,"
I gave Kais a kiss on his cheek. "Just call out: Pou eísai Ble, and she will answer back: Edó," I turned to Andrew. "She should be near where the tunnel starts right?" Andrew nodded. "You gotta do it now,"
"Let's go," Kais grabbed my hand and we made our way to the tunnel. "Be back in a second," He added with a wink and walked away.
