"Juaaaaaaaaan!!" Kaela shout.

"Yes baby?" I immediately go to her even though I was downstairs washing our dishes.

"Love, look at this oh," She said while crying.

"What's that love?" Lumapit ako sa kanya at pinunasan ang mga luha niya na hindi tumitigil sa pagtulo.

"The dog died," She sob.

Okay, here we are again. She's watching tiktok videos on her phone while resting after she eats.

"That's sad baby, but it's okay," My hands are on her back to comfort her. I also put a strands of her hair that covers her face.

She wipe her tears using the back of her hand, then she laugh.

"This is cute!" She cheerfully said.

Oh, pregnancy hormones are really cute on her. She's on her third trimester, I refuse to give her task because it must be hard for her to carry our children. 

Yes you heard it right, we're having a twins! A prince and a princess. 

"Oh," The Doctor said while we're having a ultrasound.

Kaela's face immediately turned pale because of the reaction of the doctor while holding the equipment.

"It's gonna be alright, love."  I whispered to her, lalo naman niyang hinigpitan ang kapit sa aking mga kamay.

"Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Gomez de Liano, you're having a twins!" The doctor said. 

Her eyes widen, because of the news.

My heart is full, I can't express how happy I am, knowing that I'll have children in few months with the love that I was coward to have. I'm still thankful for everything.

"I love you, thank you so much." I whispered to her while her tears was pooling in the side of her eyes.

"I should be the one to say thanks my love," She answered.

I kissed her forehead. 

I want to give all my time to her since I already finished the conference, I will stop playing for a year to help her and give everything she needs.

"My babies are growing fast, love, look," She was standing at our full size mirror on our room. Checking her tummy.

She's glowing everyday, seeing her growing with me was evitable when we we're young. I always dream of this, being with her was complicated, but being brave was an option. 

I hugged her from the back, and help her massage her belly, I put my chin on her shoulder so that I can hug her and my kids tightly.

I also get my phone on my pocket and take a photo of us in the mirror.

"Love, do I look fat? Do you still love me?" She asked while we are browsing our pictures on my phone.

"Yes, baby, I love you, always. You don't look fat, you just gain some weight on your tummy but it looks beautiful on you. Thank you for carrying our children." I kissed her lips lightly.

This is what I live for. 

"Baby you can do it, I'll be by your side, okay? Just focus, I love you," I said to her while she was preparing to deliver our baby.

I held her hand tighly.

"Ahhhh!!! Juan! Ang sakit," She said while she's pushing for the first baby.

She cried to me, I reach the towel beside me so that I can wipe her tears and sweat. I feel like I will faint anytime soon but I fight it. I don't want her to worry.

"Baby's out, it's a girl!" The doctor said.

Our eyes met, it expresses the adoration and excitement.

"Ma'am can you push like that again? The other baby can't wait to see the world," Kaela nodded.

Then she pushes till our baby boy is out.

The people on the room we're clapping to congratulate Kaela for her successful delivery.

I cried as Kaela cry. We took our first family photo on the room.

"I love you, thank you so much for giving me another babies," Her brows furrowed, I immediately knows what she were thinking. "You are my first baby," I kissed her forehead.

"Our beautiful Kaia Jeirine and my champ Kaius Jeikob," I said while holding them on my arms.
