"Hey, why you're so angry at me lately?" He's trying to calm me.

What should I say?

"Juan, is not okay to be with you always lalo na nandyan si Julianna para sayo." I said while I'm sincerely looking at his eyes.

"Kaela, we're best of the best. I know naiintindihan ni Julianna yon." He hold my elbows, I'm literally shaking right now.

I didn't say anything. Ayoko ng magsalita baka kung ano lang masabi ko. I look at him. I'm really drowning.

"Juan!!!" A voice of a girl.. Yes she is Julianna. Juan look at her, then binitawan ang mga siko ko.

"Uh, mauna na 'ko Juan." I said, I'm really about to leave then...

"Kae, saan ka sasabay?" He said.

"Don't worry about me. I'm okay." Alam ko... Malayo, malabo, hindi ko na ata kinakaya.

"Hey! Kae!" Juan..

I ran, alam ko nakatingin sila. Bakit pa kasi ako kailangan habulin. Nandyan naman si Julianna. I'm about to take a cab. I have my money naman ng biglang tumawag si Yaya Esing.

"Anak-k." I froze. She is crying, trying to calm herself.

"Yaya, bakit po? Bakit po kayo umi-iyak?" Wag.. wag naman sana..

"Si Mommy at Daddy mo, Kael." She added

"Manang, ano po nangyare? Manang?!"

"Kaela" Juan grabbed my arm, and took me to his car..

"Juan, ano nangyari? Hindi makapagsalita si Manang. Juan?! Please answer me." I'm really crying like there's no tomorrow for me.

"How can I do this?" He cursed. "Kaela, please stay calm. I know you can do this, please be strong." I look at his eyes and I can see how he cares for me. But I need to know everything.

"No, no, please. Sana hindi tama tong kutob ko. Juan, hindi ko kaya. Please tell me, please." Not my Mom and Dad please..

Juan's cellphone rang..

"Hello, Cassandra. Yes, I'm with your ate, don't worry about her. We're on the way there. Okay, take care."

Juan looked at me, while driving he hold my hand.

"Kaela, please be strong for Cassie and me."

I can't say any word. I'm shocked. Why this is happening? Am I a bad child? Why? My Dad is very faithful one, my Mom dedicated her life to us. Why? Just why?

"Kae, we're here." Juan said.

I ran to the nurse station and ask the room of my Mom and Dad.

"Nurse, Bernadette and Steven Hidalgo please?" I said.

"Emergency room, Mam."

The nurse didn't finished what she would like to say.

I stopped and froze for the second time. Napaupo na lang ako sa nakita ko. Respirator at kung ano anong tubo ang nakasaksak sa Mommy and Daddy ko.

Juan help me to stand.

"Juan, ano nangyari? Hindi ko ata kaya to."

"Ate.." Cassandra. I hugged her so tight, I need to be strong for Cassie. Bata pa siya. She needs attention

"Hey, everything will be fine Cass. We need to be strong for Mom and Dad okay?"

I asked everyone, then they said it was a car accident. And the doctor tell me that we have 50/50 chances. Paano ko ba to kakayanin?

"Kaela, I know you can be strong you're a smart girl. Please be strong for your parents." Tita Anna said, she's Mom of Juan. Beside her is Tito Bert whose trying to calm me too. I don't care how I look right now, I just want my Parents to stay with me.

As I go to the ICU, I talked to my Mom, I know she unconscious but still I know she can hear me.

"Mom, I know nakikinig ka pa din sa'kin. My, please don't leave me. Cassie is so young, please. Kahit si Cassie na lang isipin mo, hindi ako magtatampo. Stay alive, please. Stay alive.

Pero not all the things, are meant to stay. My mom passed away at 6:30 PM. Wala na 'kong ibang nagawa kung hindi umiyak lang, kanina ang saya saya pa namin before ako sunduin nila Juan, pero bat ganito. I was still in shock, kaya si Daddy naman ang pinuntahan ko. Pero pag dating ko sa room ni Dad. I just heard a sound, sound that is so strange. Alam ko naman na till death do us part, pero bakit ganto kabilis. I ran to my Dad and hug him so tight.

"Dad, please. No. Dad..."

Wala na, ganon lang kabilis ang nangyari. Juan didn't leave that day, he know that I need him. Lalo na sa mga ganitong sitwasyon hindi n'ya ako bibiguin.

But I was worrying about Cassie, anong tumatakbo sa isip nya? Alam ko, malungkot ako pero maiintindihan ko lahat ng 'to. Pero si Cassie, hindi. Lalo na't siya ang pinaka paborito ni Mommy at Daddy.

In the wake, I was with Juan. I'm slowly healing, iniintindi ko lahat kasi hindi pwedeng nandito lang ako. Kailangan ako ni Cassie at ng Company. We have this Company since 90's kaya hindi ako pwedeng magpabaya. Alam kong hindi naman ako papabayaan ng mga kapatid ng Daddy ko, pero kaulangan ko pa rin mag focus lalo para mapabuti ang lahat.

"Kae, you should rest. I'll be here. Please have a good sleep. I'm worrying about you." Juan while I'm looking af my parent's coffin.

"Thank you, Juan. Thank you so much." I told him and rest to his shoulder. A tear fall.

"Everything that I can do, Kae. I'll do it for you.." Juan carressed my face. "Don't cry, Kae. I'm not gonna leave you."
