" AAAH !!-" the screaming was immediately cut off by choking, this person could feel their throat closing in on them
Jeli rolled her eyes and slapped them in the neck with one of her tentacles, the person coughed out what looked to be green goop, much to her disgust
She gagged and backed up, " ew ew ! What the fuck?! "

They floated upwards, moaning and groaning with some coughs in-between, " ngh.. what.. ? What happened? " They rasped out
Jeli moved around the puddle of goop and towards the other, she smiled and waved, " hello ! I'm Jeli, or as the generic lab assistants call me, Specimen 1, pleases to meet you, Specimen 2 "

Specimen 2...
SPECIMEN 2 ?!
' Specimen 2 ' immediately backed up, frantically looking at himself.. he couldn't believe it.. what happened to him ?! Why does he look like this ?!!!?
He started to hyperventilate, Jeli wrapped on one of her tentacles around him, " HEY!! panicking will only make your choking worse, idiot ! "

Specimen 2 glared at Jeli and tried squeezing out of her  grasp, for a small, cuties green octopus, she sure is strong..
" Augh !! Whaaat.. do youuu want from meee ... ?! Whaaat- what happened?! "

  " Oh.. Bubs gave you some of our special juice, and you fell for it !! " Jeli cackled and snickered maniacally, almost falling over from his laughter, he wiped his eyes from tears and looked at Specimen 2, smugly. Specimen 2 was absolutely flabbergasted, annoyed and even a little afraid, he growled and huffed
" Great.. youuu killed me !! Why ?! "

   " Tch... Gets boring in here sometimes, and plus, Bubs thought your jokes were annoying "
  " I... That's it ?! That's your only reason to kill me ?! Because you felt like it ?! " His voice sounded more strained the angrier he got, causing Jeli to snicker
  " Can you blame us, I'm sure you would've done the same, Specimen 2- "
  " THAT'S NOT MY- " immediately interrupted by another coughing and choking fit, Jeli sighed and restes his head on another one of his tentacles, waiting impatiently for Specimen 3 to stop coughing so much

  " Are you done.. ?! God... "
  " Bleh... Yyyesss... "
  " There's a lot you've gotta learn about this place, whatever your name used to be, forget about it, there's little to no chance that the people here would care "
  " Lovely... "
  " Oh, and expect to be experimented on, and expect some company to come along some day, I'm sure they'll love having a comedian around in dark times "

Specimen 2 started to get more stressed and anxious as the reality of their situation sunk in..
Why oh why did they have to explore some abandoned mansion ?! Did they not have the common sense to listen to people's warnings ?! And now they've got themself trapped here for god knows how long..
It could be days
Weeks
Months
YEARS
But even if they did get out.. they're not human anymore, they're just a monster..  society would never accept them, they might even be thrown into another experimental hell..

Their friends.. their family.. oh they must be worried sick for them, but what's the chance they'll ever find them.. what's the chance that even if they made it in here that they'd live ??
