"Once upon a time, the planets and the fates and all the stars aligned.
You & I, ended up in the same room at the same time."

I'm perfectly aware that I'm a complete cliché.
The classic good girl, high ponytail, with a white ribbon. Pleated skirt, white button-up shirt, white ruffle socks, and the cherry on top: Doc Marten Mary Janes.
Like I said, I'm a total cliché.
Here at Beaumont prep school we're forced to wear uniforms. I however like to put my own twist to things. While all the other girls wear a tie, I will use a ribbon. The same goes for the shoes and socks; I wear Docs with socks while everyone else wears loafers and pantyhose.
I supposed it's my own way of rebelling against my mother. Anything to be less like her. It's not a teenager thing—it's a Cattleya thing.
But overall I am a good girl. My grades are excellent. I have perfect attendance and great behavior. I like my teachers and they love me.
"Good morning class." Mrs. Jones greets us just as the final bell rings. Most of the class is already here but you always have the "wanna be trouble makers" who arrive a few seconds late. "Nice of you to join us Mr. Wright."
Jaxon Wright. He's one of the richest kids here at Beaumont. But also the biggest ass, arrogant and self centered guy here. Most of the girls think he's hot and will throw themselves at him. It's sad really.
Like always he ignores the teacher and he strolls in with a smug attitude, heading to the back of the class. I attempt to ignore him as he walks right in front of my desk but then he waves. And I roll my eyes.
I head a low squeal behind me. "Ugh! He so wants you dude." My best friend Nicole says.
He's been asking me out for a while now but I have zero interest in him. Yes, he's good looking. There's no denying that but he's not a good person. He's a bully and constantly objectifies women then turns around and calls them hoes. It's disgusting. All his good looks disappear with such a fucked up and nasty attitude.
"Gross." I mutter back. "It's never gonna happen."
Not to be funny but I'm a very nice person. I'm nice to everyone and no matter what the situation is I always try to be as kind—but not with Jaxon. And this isn't a weird attraction to the wanna be bad boy. Nope. I genuinely dislike him.
I'm glad when Mrs. Jones stands from her desk, and walks to in front of the board, demanding all of our attention. Romeo and Juliet is our upcoming read.
After school, I wait for Nicole on the stairs, at the front entrance of the school. I always love sitting here, it reminds me of Gossip Girl where Blair and Serena sit.
