When did coffee become so popular? I remember back then it was more for older people and God help us all if minors had any. Now all of a sudden everyone is a coffee addict and there are coffee shops opening left and right all over the place.

Which brings us here, to Sunny Street, a new coffee shop that just opened. It's super cute with a spring theme to it. Pastel colors, tulips everywhere. It's all so colorful.

Let's hope it tastes as good as it looks.

Blair and Cassie have snagged us a table by the window. I was supposed to be here thirty minutes ago but one of my classes ran late. But I'm here now.

I'm instantly rewarded by fresh smell of ground coffee beans. It might look like the Easter Bunny threw up in here but the smell is fantastic.

"There you are." Cassie beams when her eyes land on me. "We ordered you some of their famous pancakes." She adds.

Thank God for these amazing friends.

Blair has been so amazing since I got here and now I'm even more glad that her and Cassie got along as well.

"That's perfect." I say, removing my sweater before taking a seat. "I'm starving guys. Class just took so freaking long today."

My morning seminars don't ever take long but today there were some technical difficulties and it just wasn't the day for our professor so we all didn't word a peep.

"But it's all good. I'm not gonna complain." I smile.

Cassie smiles too, nodding in agreement.

While Blair glares at me funny. "You're awfully chipper today." She smirks, her eyes narrowing. "Actually, you've been super chipper this week."

I give her confused look.

Not sure why she thinks that. I've been my normal self.

"You actually have." Cassie agrees. "Even during rehearsals you're happy."

Quickly, I try to think back on this week's rehearsal. I mean, yes I've been more patient and chill but that's just cause mean girl Stefany is gone and Caroline has nothing to say without her master.

"Well what's not to be happy about in rehearsals, Stefany is gone and Caroline for once keeps her mouth shut."

Cassie laughs. "So true!"

The super nice waitress lady comes over to drop off our pancakes and brings a pot of fresh coffee, along with a mug for me.

Even the mugs and plates are all pastel.

Another reason to make me happy. This place screams happiness.

"Thank you." Blair says to the lady.

I smile up at her as well. "I just have to say, this place is so adorable and full of happiness."
