They got no idea, about me & you."

The moment we walked into Flips we got bombarded with attention. The hockey team was sitting right near the entrance and they were quick to come over to us.

I hasn't planned on coming out tonight but Cassie and Blair ended up hanging out with me the rest of the day and of course, leave it to Blair to want to party.

Now here we are, at Flips.

I hear a little cheerful squeal heading in my direction, and I turn to see that it's coming from Leah. Hadn't even realized she was here. But it makes sense for her to be hanging out with Noah and his friends. "Oh my goodness D, it's so cool that you're here."

Jesus, she's super nice and automatically makes me feel comfortable and welcome.

Smiling back at her, I reach for a hug. "Hey, yeah, I was brought here almost against my will." I say teasingly, looking over at Blair who is now rolling her eyes dramatically. "By the way guys, this is Leah, and these are my friends Blair and Cassie." I introduce.

After we're all acquainted, Leah makes it a point to tell the hockey guys to back off and she proceeds to drag us away and towards, none other than to the football crew.

Lovely.

Like normal I say hello to everyone here and introduce them all to my friends. Dominic comes over to me and gives me one of his side hugs that I'm already used to. Not wanting to make it obvious, I walk over to Noah and give him a hug as well.

Which was a huge mistake.

Instead of our normal side hug, where he wraps his arm over my shoulder, and I wrap mine on his waist. Nope. Noah decides to instead go for my waist and firmly wrap his arm around it. Instantly my whole body reacts to his touch.

When I lean in for the hug, I breathe him in. He smells so good. My heart starts racing when he purposely brushes his cheek on mine and I inhale hard.

And just like that we separate from each other as if the hug just didn't happen.

As if my panties are not literally soaked right now just from that five second hug.

Like I said, it's the Noah effect.

"And what brings you fine ladies to the bar tonight?" Max interrupts my thoughts with his question.

I giggle at his choice of words and Blair's answers the question for us. "We're hunting." She shrugs like if that's the most obvious thing. "I'm looking for a hot, tall, strong man who knows his way around a woman's body for my friend Daisy here."

Max's brows raise in surprise.

My head automatically twist in her direction, glaring at her.

While Noah's beer stops mid sip.
