Alright guys just letting you know now this chapter is going to be short and maybe all of my stories chapters until further noticed but sorry. That is if I dont start my chapters early. 😀
*Tris POV*
6, six freaking hours since we left Chicago. My butt is sore, Brooke's fussy, all of the boys and half are the girls are asleep. Tobias's head is on my shoulder and Brooke is simultaneously chewing on a teething ring and fighting sleep.
I snuggle her closer tome wrapping the blanket around us tighter and I start to fall asleep and Brooke. I kick my shoes off and we both curl up to Tobias.
When I wake up I see red lights and a blurry and cold window.
Everyone is kinda asleep and eating so like sleep eating. Brooke is still sleeping, what a blessing.
"Its traffic and sleeting." Dad says looking in the rearview mirror and I pull my phone from my purse and I check the weather in new York. It's currently snowing there and I guess we are getting closer to New York.
"Mom, how far are we from NY?" Josh asks.
"I don't know like 3 hours now leave me alone." She groans tiredly.
"Well then," Josh says and me and Caleb snort.
"Pass the chips" Zeke groans and Uriah throws a bag of chips at Zeke's head.
Zeke groans and eats sloppily. I laugh and Tobias squeezes me and groans.
"I can't fall asleep again!" Tobias says and I shake my head
He sits up and takes the sleeping Brooke out of my arms and my lap feels relieved.
I just lean back and watch the city mov b . I can't wait until we get there.
