'meow'

You felt a furry little head rubbing against your face. It was about 6 in the morning. You tiredly opened your eyes, only to be met with two cute wide ones."Hey Mochi," you chuckled. Mochi was a cute ragdoll kitten, only about 3 months old . You had found her all alone and abandoned right before your trip to Mondstadt. Having a soft spot for cats and any other small furry animal, you decided to adopt her.

As you groggily forced yourself to get up, Mochi moves aside and you start changing into your usual outfit. You walk downstairs and enter the main area of your bookstore. Mochi shortly following behind.
Your bookstore was located a little outside the city of Mondstadt, meaning it was quite the walk. But you didn't think it was that bad, and you didn't mind the cardio.

Your store consisted of 2 floors. Upstairs was where the "kitchen" and your "bedroom" was. It was spacious enough to include your own bedroom area. Although it was a little small, it didn't really matter since the first floor was where you spent most of your time. You walk behind the reception desk where you usually keep your sketchbook, only to not find it there.

You quickly look under the desk, hoping to see you might've dropped it anywhere. Then you recall last night. You might've dropped it when you bumped into that handsome stranger. The thought alone of him made your heart thump.

As you continued to search, the sound your door flying open was heard from across your bookstore. The sudden intrusion scared you, and caused you to bump your head against the roof of the desk, making you yelp.

"Oh? Sweetie, is that you?" Lisa asks while she walked over. You stand up straight and rub the back of your head. "Ms Lisa! What're you doing here this early?" You said, still rubbing your head. "Would you like a cup of tea?" You warmly offer her. Lisa giggles at your kind gesture. "No thank you, sweetie. I'm just here to let you know about a little get-together at Angel's Share this evening! It's a great opportunity for you to meet some of my other friends, especially since you just moved here." You immediately stiffen. You absolutely hate anything that requires you to socialize, especially when you won't know anybody. You started fidgeting with your hands.

"A-Actually I-"

"I wont't take no for an answer y'know" Lisa smirks.

"But-"

"Nope. Sorry sweetie, but I'm not gonna let you dodge this one. You know where Angel's Share is located right? I'll see you there!" she grins. And with that, she gets up and leaves you alone with your remaining thoughts

'She didn't even tell me the specific time'

Honestly, you didn't really have plans today anyway, and it wouldn't hurt to actually make some friends. You slowly started fidgeting with your hands again, not realizing how nervous you were already getting

Just the thought of there being strangers made your heart speed up. You've never really had trouble meeting new people, it's just that you couldn't stand the way they talked to you. Yeah, you might be shy at first, but they shouldn't treat you like you're a sensitive lost little puppy because of it.

As if on cue, Mochi started rubbing her body against your ankle. This made your heart swirl and you picked her up, scratching the back of her ears where she likes it. "Sorry Mochi, I'll make sure to pass by Good Hunter to make it up to you for leaving you alone for the evening." You murmur while setting her down.
