Bug's quesadilla recipe
Buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts
season with lemon and pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder. (more onion powder for a better taste)
put in the oven at 400°F (204°C) for an hour
take out of the oven and shred chicken
grab a nonstick pan (omelette pan recommended, but not required)
take 1 tortilla and a bag of mixed mexican cheese (or whatever cheese preferred)
set tortilla in pan folded into semicircle, and layer bottom of the tortilla (the part of the semicircle ON the pan) with however much cheese preferred
stack chicken onto the cheese to your liking
layer a bit more cheese onto the chicken and lay the other side of the tortilla over it all
cook at medium heat, flip occasionally until both sides of tortilla are golden brown OR cheese is fully melted
take off the pan and cover the inside of the quesadilla with lemon juice, to your liking
