"Mum, Dad I want you to meet all of my friends!" Cordelia says to her parents as they walked back from the Hospital wing with Remus and Sirius. After the last chapter, Remus and Sirius wanted the two to get looked at for basically coming back from the dead. "You'll love them, besides Neville, Ron and Hermione I'm friends with the quidditch team, and the gardening club, and you have to meet my new friends in Slytherin." She rambles nervously, swinging her and Sirius's hands.
"We'd love to meet your friend's baby but first we need to eat dinner," Lily says smiling at her daughter. She was so grateful to be able to see her baby again and be there for her. "We can eat with some of them though," Lily says seeing her daughter look a little upset as they reach the Great Hall. Cordelia leads them back to the Gryffindor table where the Tonks and Weasley families had joined them for dinner. Lily and James are pulled into hugs by both families and James teases Nymphadora with her name but she was so happy to see her that it didn't matter. Cordelia smiles sitting next to Lily while the Marauders sit on Lily's other side.
"Mum, Dad this is Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Ginny Weasley, and Luna Lovegood. You already know Neville." Cordelia says introducing her parents to her friends that were sitting near them. The Weasley twins clear their throats dramatically looking at the raven-haired girl offended.
"Well, Well little sister." Fred starts squeezing next to her.
"How could you forget about us.." George continues sitting next to Fred.
"After all we've done for you.." Fred teases.
"Giving you the Map we did.." George adds
"All the dung bombs.." Fred trails off.
"And you can't introduce us to the men who started it all." They say together before going over to the Marauders and bowing, making the three of them look confused. "Oh, Great Marauders thank you for being the kings of pranks. We are peasants in your greatness. We solemnly swear it." They talk together, making the three men look at each other in realization.
"Lia love, who are these obviously smart young men?" Sirius asks, smirking at the two identical boys still on the floor. Cordelia giggles and looks at her Uncle amused.
"Uncle Siri these are the Weasley twins, Fred is the one who sat next to Mum and George is his twin. They are the ones who gave me the map and are the pranksters of Hogwarts." Cordelia states as the two boys finish bowing. "They're huge fans of the Marauders." Cordelia finishes. James smirks with Sirius while Remus looks resigned.
"I can't believe our dear Professor Lupin is a Marauder," Fred states glancing at Remus who was embarrassed at the attention.
"Must be how he had thwarted our warm welcome last year Freddy," George comments back.
"Appears so Georgie." Fred finishes making Cordelia clear her throat.
"Which Marauder is our dear Professor, little sister?" George asks glancing at Cordelia who was glaring at them to sit down.
"Well I'm Padfoot and Prongslet's Dad is obviously Prongs. My dear husband is Moony and that traitor Pettigrew is Wormtail, the slimy rat." Sirius states making the twins bow again chanting Moony, Padfoot, and Prongs. After three minutes Remus gets them to sit down with a promise that they can talk later.
"Now that you've met the demons," Cordelia says, glancing at them. "I can introduce you to my year mates." Cordelia says going to get up but Lily gently pulls her down, motioning to her plate of food making Cordelia look sheepishly. "Oh right." She states before digging into her food. James and Lily get to know all of Cordelia's friends and they realize just how close all of these kids were, they were happy that their daughter had such a good group of friends and this was just the main group.
