"Owl Post Again," The book was read out. Cordelia grinned at her godfather who grinned back.
"Are we not going to bind the Minister like Dumbledore?" Mad-Eye questioned Amelia. While Fudge wasn't talented enough to run away or get out of the time bubble- he was sick of hearing him complain all the time and figured if they did it now; then they wouldn't have to deal with it later.
"I'm sure this isn't -" Fudge went to talk but was cut off with a silencing charm.
"We can't arrest him yet but we can theoretically silence him," Amelia smirked, allowing the book to start reading.
"Cordelia...her. ..."
"Does that man know nothing?" Regulus scoffed in disbelief. Even if Cordelia had been grateful, she wasn't the type to talk to the Daily Prophet or anything of the sort.
"That's a general idea surrounding him yes," Cordelia responded, smirking at her uncle. The Minister was protesting under the silencing charm and Cordelia giggled at the look of outrage on his face, it was so funny she could cast a patronus with it.
"For future reference, a minor can't talk without a guardian or parent present and I know that in our will we have a stipend about press releases," Lily glared at the Minister and Amelia Bones nodded in agreement.
"That is correct, and Minister you can not even put this in the Prophet, it's an illegal kiss and an illegal capture since Sirius Black never had a trial." Amelia shut down the silent protests and the looks from Fudge.
Cordelia .... ahead.
"Peeves has the worst timing!" Remus groaned, having not heard all of this before, and was worried they didn't make it back in time.
"Tell me about it," Cordelia muttered, remembering her fourth year and how Peeves while he loved her; didn't hold back at her expense.
"Peeves.... panted.
"That is a good question, what would happen?" Neville asked, glancing at the adults in the room since it was clear none of the students; except maybe Cordelia would have the right answer.
"Well," Remus started, knowing a bit about time travel now. "With the turners, if you aren't in the same place that you turned back, you can get stuck in a loop and they wouldn't be able to prove that they wherein the hospital room the whole time." He explained causing Neivlle to nod in understanding.
"So it's not only the time that's affected but the location?" Theo questioned curiously. He had always been interested in time magic and he thought that Professor Lupin's input was helpful.
"Precisely," Remus nodded.
"Uncle Remus you are so smart," Cordelia beamed, proud of her godfather and how talented he was.
"I...quietly.
"Manipulative old coot," Cordelia glared at the floor with a frown. James snorted at his daughter's language and knew he should probably say something but honestly, after her past three years at Hogwarts, he thought she deserved the right to call him that .
"Couldn't have put it better myself," Lily chuckled.
"I can't believe you guys got away with time travel and saving someone's life," Ginny chuckled.
"We shouldn't have had to but it's certainly an experience," Cordelia sighed, she knew her adventure seemed cool but they weren't, they were actually traumatizing when you thought of it.
"At least after this time bubble your Hogwarts years will be more normal," Cordelia smiled at her father's statement and nodded in agreement. One could only hope that she had normal years; or as normal as the Heir of Hogwarts could have.
