"If it matters to anyone, I'd like to read." Dean Thomas exclaims, causing many to look at him in concern. "What, I need to do something other than listen or hold Shay's hand." He rants, ignoring his boyfriend's mock-hurt look.
"Mr.Thomas you can read if you'd like," Dumbledore assures the boy, stopping the rant that would've ensued, making the book float toward him. Dean catches the book excitedly, opening to the next chapter.
"Oh finally! I've been waiting for this one." Dean exclaims, sending a smirk toward an amused Cordelia. "Aunt Marge's Big Mistake." He reads causing Lily to glance at her daughter.
"Isn't Vernon's sister called Marge?" Lily questions her daughter who gives a small shrug, an excited smirk on her face at her revenge on the bitch. "Oh boy," Lily mutters, recognizing the smirk on her daughter's face from her father.
"Oh, not this again." Andromeda jokes to Ted who smirks, Remus also chuckles and Sirius glances at his goddaughter concerned, knowing what happened before the fun.
Cordelia... hair!"
"I'd be offended but I've met the vermin Vernon and he has a toupee so, who really has the bad hair?" Sirius barks a laugh, getting a couple of chuckles from some of the students while Remus rolls his eyes amused at his husband.
"They didn't remember you, which struck me as odd," Cordelia mentions causing Lily to sigh.
"They never met Sirius, they didn't attend the wedding because I was having a 'freak' wedding due to a traditional bonding ceremony." Lily explains, clearing up Cordelia's odd thoughts.
He ....indeed. She noticed the man had the same eyes as Andromeda and somehow she knew this man had a lot of answers to the mysteries surrounding her Black family godfather.
"Yeah because he is your other godfather," Sirius mutters bitterly, hating that Cordelia hadn't known much about him and that everyone avoided telling her, choosing to keep it a secret except for Remus, Andromeda, and Ted.
"I didn't know that back then." Cordelia reminds him, just as bitter. She adored Sirius and thought of him as another father, especially before James and Lily came back. "You did look slightly familiar though, it was nagging my mind until I was caught up," Cordelia assures him.
"I just can't believe your hair was longer than Cordelia's." Andromeda retorts, shaking her head at the thought.
"My poor brother." James and Regulus mutter at the same time, giving each other a smile when they talk together. Sirius gives them both a thankful look.
"How long did it take to fix your hair?" Fred curiously asks, noticing how nice his hair looks now.
"Too long Weasley Twin 2," Sirius responds, forgetting the names of the twins for a hot second.
The reporter had reappeared.
"The....neighbors.
"I've never agreed with a statement more." Cordelia and Lily exclaim at the same time, giving each other a look.
"She's such a stupid bitch." Severus mutters to Regulus who chokes on a laugh. Severus should not be allowed to make blunt statements, Regulus thought, choking back a laugh.
"And I thought that Great Uncle Algie was rough." Neville ponders lowly to Ron who gives his friend a disbelieving look.
"When....mind.
"If she hurts my niece, I might just kill her." Hadrian mutters to his wife. Andrea sighs, clutching his hand and kissing his cheek to help calm him down. She glances at her youngest and motions for her to come to sit by her father to calm him down.
