"Who would like to read next?" Albus Dumbledore asks after everyone settled back in. Cordelia was sitting in between Neville and her godfathers. Everyone is looking around for who will want to read.

"I'll read!" Fred says making everyone look at him but Dumbledore just passes the book to him with a smile on his face.

"Wait before we start, can I have a cup of hot cocoa?" Cordelia asks, looking at Remus with big puppy dog eyes. Remus chuckles with a grin and tells her that she can. He has Dobby bring the supplies to make it and he makes enough for their small family of three. After they all have their hot cocoa, Cordelia glances up sheepishly. "Sorry, we can start now." She says with her cheeks coated in a faint red, realizing everyone was watching her.

"Alright little sister, let's start," Fred says before opening the book to the next chapter. "Diagon Alley." Fred reads out making everyone look excited at Corelia Potter's first look at the magical world.

"Cordelia ...... dream."

"You are so pessimistic little one," Remus says with a small chuckle as Cordelia just giggles while drinking her hot cocoa, Remus' recipe relaxing her enough to read along with the fact that the worst is over, for now. She reminds herself, although, with the number of times she died, her guardians were going to wrap her in bubble wrap and not let her leave.

"Tap... Cordelia glanced at the animal in awe, she had never seen such a beautiful owl before, she loved animals, especially wolves, dogs, and stags, the animals resonated with her for some reason.

"You always did like your stuffies that we got you," Sirius says with a big smile glancing at his goddaughter who had a chocolate mustache. He tapped Remus and pointed at their smiling little girl. Remus grabbed a napkin, cleaned off her face, and then pressed a kiss to her forehead.

Cordelia ... destroyed —"

"Why did you think wizards kept their money in their house?" Neville asks curiously as everyone turned to face her, probably thinking the same question. Blaise was also looking at her, probably looking for the answer with a small smirk on his face that made Cordelia's stomach feel like a million tiny butterflies were having a party.

"I didn't think they necessarily kept money in their house." Cordelia starts twisting her fingers nervously. "I just thought that I didn't have any since the Dursleys complained about how much it cost to take me in.." Cordelia finishes making Andromeda look up.

"Wait, Albus promised me that they were getting money so that you had enough resources," Andromeda states glancing at the headmaster who frowned looking suddenly aged.

"I gave them the stipend from the will for whoever would raise you, would get a certain amount each month." He says with a frown. Cordelia's family decided to deal with that later while AmeliaBones wrote something down in her notebook.

"They...madman, owls are used like how in medieval times they used carrier pigeons, she's a witch and all of the weird things she did were cases of accidental magic, along with the fact that her uncle and aunt lied to her. She wondered what else she needed to know, was there wizarding politics, and culture, and did she have duties that she didn't know about?

"Aye, you're asking the right questions!" Mad-Eye shouts out making his presence known again. Everyone was shocked that he gave her a compliment. Cordelia gave him a small smile. "Good head on yer shoulders lass," He finishes with a gruff tone. Sirius and Remus both give her small smiles.

"Those are even better than the questions I had, mine was all strictly academic," Hermione states with a fond smile looking at her best friend who was blushing at the attention. Cordelia glances at Blaise who was smiling at her and he gave her a small wink making her giggle. Neville and Ron both gave glares to the boy who merely raised an eyebrow in return.
