Chapter 14: Telling the Parents

Y/n pov

Today's the day we're going back home and there are still marks on my collarbone and neck from Sirius. I walked into Sirius's dorm.

"We're fucked" I said flopping onto his bed next to him

"What do you mean to love"

"Well we have to tell my parents that we're dating and there are still marks on my neck and collarbone from the other day," I said.

"Sirius you did not!" James yelled.

"We've done it before calm down and you knew. I told you what the room changed to." Sirius said.

"I didn't think you used it that way!"

"Both of you stop it. Look at this" I said

"Here. Just rub this potion on them. Madame Pomfrey gave it to me for bruises" Remus said walking over

"Thanks, Remus" I sighed. He nodded and patted my back. I put it on and it worked instantly. "Holy shit I love magic"  Remus laughed and took the potion back from me.

"What about Sirius," James said.

"Remus gave that to me yesterday," Sirius said smirking at me. I hit his arm slightly.

"Can you believe it's already Christmas break?" Peter said.

"Almost the end of sixth-year boys," James said.

"Only one more year then you all leave me," I said sadly while laying on Sirius's chest. He wrapped an arm around me.

"We won't leave you entirely. You'll still come home for Christmas and we all know we are not going to be moved out that quickly. Also, letters are a thing along with fireplace calls" Sirius said.

"Yeah but it won't be the same"

"Yeah it's going to be weird leaving Hogwarts," James said. We all sat in silence thinking about what that year would be like. I felt Sirius rubbing my arm a little. He had a small smile on his face as he was thinking.

"What's got you all smiles pads," Peter asked.

"Well, I'm thinking about the year y/n graduates. That will be a good time" he said. "I'll be married sometime after that to the love of my life right here"

I felt my cheeks heat up before I buried my head in his chest.

"Shut up"

"Make me"

"Ok"

He gave me a confused look before I pressed a kiss to his lips and pulled away.

"If I ever talk too much have her do that," Sirius said with a smile. The guys shook their heads.

"I think we have to leave soon," I said getting up.

"Ok let's head down to the train," Remus said following behind me. I grabbed the bag o needed for the train and we walked down to the station. We sat in our normal compartment. I sat near the window as normal and Sirius sat next to me. The other three sat across from us. The guys were talking and I wasn't paying attention and was barely able to stay awake because I didn't sleep at all last night. I decided to sleep in lily and Marlene's dorm and had a nightmare. I just stared at the ceiling with Sirius's blanket wrapped around me. I heard Sirius move next to me before he pulled me over to him. He was still in conversation with the boys when the boys weren't talking to him directly he patted his lap.

"Lay down. Sleep" he said against the side of my head. I nodded and rested my head on his lap. He took off his sweatshirt and laid it over my shoulders before he put an arm over me. I soon felt my eyes get heavy and I fell asleep.
