In Francois DuPont College, Ms. Bustier went through attendance, and as usual, everyone was there. She then wrote on the board and faced the class.

Ms. Bustier: Okay, everyone. Since yesterday we already talked about the Great Age of Monarchy, I decided to take a break from discussing more of the Great Age of Democracy and get to a little bit of literature. Since we already covered the different poetries and did a poetry test, some of you have done well, while some of you need to do better if you want to pass the class. We will discuss the Literature Research project.

Kim: A research project? Why do we get to do that?

Ms. Bustier: Because Kim, this will be your way to learn more about literature and get a better understanding of life. You'll need it in the future. Now you're all wondering what kind of Literature Research Project I have in mind. Well, I'm glad you're able to wonder about that. But first, we'll save the literature topics very soon, I know we have a lot of planning to do for this project and whatnot, but here are a few topics in mind. *She picked up a chalk and started writing down the topics on the board and faced everyone. * Here are our topics. There's American Gothic, American Romanticism, Black Mountain Poets, Confessional Poetry, Dark Romanticism, Fireside Poets, Literary Modernism., and Modern American Drama. Write down these topics, just in case. *They start writing down the topics in their notebooks. * There is more to it but those are for another day.

Alya: Least that's that.

Ms. Bustier: I decided to push the Literature Research Project to the end of the month, which is March 31st. Is everyone okay with that? *They all answered yes to Ms. Bustier. * Good. Glad we got that settled, let's get to our lesson now. *She continues with her literature lesson, and they continue to listen. In the Conservatoire de Bordeaux Jacques Thibaud and Ms. Roberts' class, students were talking while some walked into the classroom before the bell rang for the lesson to start. *

Amber: Forgot to ask you. How were the auditions yesterday?

Owen: It was good. I got the Peter Pan role.

Amber: Cool. How did Christina do in her audition?

Owen: She got Wendy.

Amber: I bet Persephone was thrilled about that.

Owen: Yeah, she didn't take it well.

Amber: I bet.

Owen: But she got Mrs. Darling at least. And she's come to terms with that.

Amber: Wow. Wish I'd seen that happening. Wonder who got Tinker Bell.

Owen: I forget. I was just stoked when I got Peter Pan.

Amber: That's cool. At least you got the lead male role, as usual.

Owen: This wasn't my first rodeo. My uncle was a skilled actor in plays, guess I inherited his talent. Rehearsal starts after school. So, whatever we have planned for the week, think we can put it on hold until after the play ends?

Amber: Sure. I don't think we have anything planned. *The bell rang. *

Owen: Good.

Ms. Roberts: Good morning, everyone. Eyes up front. *She put her briefcase down and held the attendance sheet. * Role call. *Some moaned. * Tommy Adams?

Tommy: Here.

Ms. Roberts: Amber Anderson?

Amber: Here.

Ms. Roberts: Noah Harris?

Noah: Here.

Ms. Roberts: Janine Kelly?
