The next day I flew to Vienna and arrived at the safe house. I saw Sam and Wanda sitting in the living room going over files.
"Director Carter." Sam said with a smirk.
"Shut up birdman." I said and he laughed as we hugged and then I hugged Wanda.
"What have you guys found?" I asked sitting down and looking at the files.
"Well he doesn't go out much but our informant says he goes out once a week for some groceries at the market across the street. I figure we could get in his apartment while he is gone and be waiting." Wanda said and I sighed.
"Yes makes sense. How are we getting him to come willingly?" I asked.
"I can put him in a trance." Wanda said.
"Then I will tranq him." Sam spoke up.
"Wow, okay...how lethal is it? We need him alive." I said.
"It's safe, Banner gave it to me." Sam said and I nodded.
As I was going over into my cellphone rang.
"This is Steve, he doesn't know about this mission so...shhh." I said. I walked into the kitchen.
"Hey." I said.
"Hey, I was just calling to check in." Steve said and I smiled.
"Everything is good. Just getting it all wrapped up and be home with you soon." I said.
"Perfect because I already have time for us planned. I booked a room for this weekend at the hotel downtown. You, me, not leaving the bed and if we do it's to get the room service we ordered." Steve said and I moaned.
"Well it looks like you got it all planned out and I can't wait. I will be home as soon as I can." I said. Sam came into the kitchen and motioned for me.
"Okay well Nat wants to spare so I'll talk to you soon. I love you." Steve said and I smiled.
"I love you too." I said and hung up.
"You and Cap sure have fallen hard and fast." Sam said.
"Yeah but it feels right." I said and Sam nodded.
"What have you found?" I asked walking into the living room.
"I just got a call from our informant that he knows someone is in town to get him. We are going to have to act quick tomorrow." Wanda said and I sighed.
"Well let's devise a plan. If we have a limited window we can't mess this up." I said and they both nodded as we sat down to talk.

We were sneaking into the apartment the next morning and once we were in I looked around at the minimal furniture and the bleak surroundings.
"Well he certainly didn't like making a fuss." Wanda said and I nodded. My cellphone started to vibrate in my pocket, I pulled it out and saw it was Steve. I groaned and ignored the call. Sam looked at me.
"He isn't going to be happy with that." Sam said and I groaned.
"He isn't going to be happy with me right now once he finds out I was here and not in England." I said. As Sam and Wanda watched as lookouts I was looking around the apartment for anything I thought we should take with us for Bucky but all I could find were some journals and other things that I packed in a bag.
"Incoming." Sam said and we all took our stance to be ready for a fight. The door opened up and Bucky's eyes met all of ours.
"So they finally found me." Bucky said and I sighed.
"James Barnes, I'm Director Carter, I'm here to take you to somewhere safe in Washington DC. We would like you to come willingly but we will use force if we have to." I said and he just looked at me oddly.
"Carter? You remind me of someone." He said and I nodded.
"I get that a lot. Now are you going to come willingly?" I asked and he went to run and Sam blocked his way. He started fighting Sam and Wanda rushed over to him and put him in a trance as Sam then tranqed him.
"Well, okay then...I was hoping it would go this way. Let's work on getting him in the car and on the jet." I said and everyone nodded.

Once we got to the compound the team of agents came out to help get Bucky into a containment in the basement and I sighed.
"Go see Steve, he wont be waking up for a while." Wanda said and I looked at her.
"Stop reading my mind Wanda." I said and she laughed.
"Oh sweetie, I didn't I have to. Your thoughts are pretty loud." Wanda said and I smiled. Once I got to the sitting room I saw Steve sitting with Nat and Tony.
"Director Carter..." Tony said and I shook my head with a laugh knowing he was picking on me. Steve's head snapped up and looked at me. He rushed over and picked me up in a hug.
"Hi." I said as he sat me down and he passionately kissed me.
"I tried calling you earlier." Steve said and I nodded.
"I know, I was busy, I'm sorry." I said and he groaned.
"I know, I don't mean to be a bother." Steve said and I placed a hand on his cheek and shook my head.
"You aren't Steve, I promise. I will warn you now that I did bring some work here with me and I will have to soon. I'll be here but I'll be working." I said and he nodded.
"And this weekend?" Steve asked.
"Oh don't worry, this weekend, I will be free." I said and Steve smiled. He finally released me from his grip and I went and hugged Nat.
"Everything get done?" Nat whispered and I nodded.
"In the basement." I said back.
"Is Fury here?" I asked.
"In his office." Tony said. I looked at Steve and he nodded knowing I had to work.
I walked away and to Nick's office. I knocked and walked in.
"Welcome home." Nick said and I smiled.
"Thanks, the asset is in the containment downstairs." I said and he nodded. He pulled it up on the big screen in his office.
"He is started to walk up."
"Should Wanda and I both approach?" I asked and Nick nodded.
"It may be better." Nick said and I nodded and went to leave the office.
"Rogers put in a request for no contact this weekend. Do you need the same?" Nick asked and I turned back to look at him.
"I do." I said and Nick nodded.
"Dually noted." Nick said and I walked out to meet Wanda.
