Steve and I walked down to the hut we would be staying in. It was secluded by a lake and beautiful.

"On our own out here." I said and Steve smiled.

"We are. I thought we deserved to be on our own for a little bit." Steve said and I sighed looking back up the palace.

"What if I need to be closer to Bucky? What it there is an issue?" I asked and he sighed.

"He is under control. Everyone said we deserved this. I know we need this as do you whether you want to admit it or not." Steve said and I huffed a laugh.

"Yeah I guess you're right." I said and Steve nodded as we walked into the hut. As he closed the curtain that was the door he pulled me to him and passionately kissed me. He led me over to the bed that was there and we started to work out of our suits. Once we were fully naked Steve picked me up and laid me down on the bed, hovering over me.

"I missed you." Steve said and I smiled as he positioned between my legs and lined himself up with me.

"Show me how much Captain." I said and he growled thrusting into me hard and fast. I threw my head back with a cry out and Steve smiled down at me.

Steve kept thrusting hard and fast, I loved this pace, this was all the anger and make up sex rolled into one and I couldn't ask for me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and arched my back to him as he was stroking inside of me long and hard. Our lips connected as I felt myself tightening around him and he smiled at me as he felt it too.

"Steve..." I cried out as I released all around him and he started pumping harder and faster. I felt him swell and released as well and then he collapsed on top of me. I smiled at him when he looked up at me.

"I love you." Steve said.

"I love you too." I said and he smiled. "Are you done being an idiot?" I asked and he laughed but nodded.

"Yes, I'm done being an idiot. Are you done lying?" Steve asked and I laughed and shrugged.

"Maybe..." I said and he laughed.

"You're going to drive me insane." Steve said and I smiled.

"Would you have it any other way?" I asked and he shook his head. Steve crawled into bed beside me and pulled me close to him.

"No way." Steve said as we covered up and cuddled on the bed.

I was sitting in the palace getting ready for a date night with Steve. He insisted since we were back together we finally have a date night and Wakanda was the perfect place. Shuri had brought me a yellow print dress and sandals to wear.

"Where is this date even at if I'm having to dress up?" I asked Shuri as she braided my hair in a Dutch side braid.

"A restaurant here is all he said. He said he wants you to meet him at the hut once you are done though." Shuri said and I smiled and nodded. Once I finished getting ready I checked myself out in the mirror and smiled.

"I look okay?" I asked Shuri, Nat and Wanda.

"You look gorgeous, Steve wont know what hit him." Nat said and I smiled.

"Well I should probably head down to the hut." I said and Shuri called for a guard. "I don't need an escort Shuri." I chuckled and she shook her head.

"Steve insisted. Wanted to make sure you got to him in one piece." Shuri said and I shook my head.

"He worries." I said as I walked out of the room. The guard and I headed down to the hut. As I arrived at the walkway to the hut it was lined with lanterns and I was confused. The guard let me continue down the path alone and when I got to the hut I saw lanterns and a picnic set up by the lake and I smiled at Steve as I arrived.

"You look gorgeous." Steve said and I smiled as he pulled me close to him and gave me a small kiss.

"You look good yourself Captain." I said and he growled.

"This is our date night. Stargazing and a picnic." Steve said and I saw the pizza box and I laughed.

"Steve! Our first date pizza and star gazing." I said and he nodded.

"I thought you would enjoy it." Steve said and I nodded.

Steve walked me over to the blanket that was laid out and helped me sit down. We both grabbed some pizza as he handed me a drink. He held it up to give a toast.

"To you, my beautiful Summer Carter. You and I may not have saw eye to eye but we found each other in the end and you are my future." Steve said and I smiled as we clinked glasses. I leaned in and gave him a small kiss and he smiled once we broke apart. Once we finished eating I rested my he on his shoulder and we watched the starts twinkle.

"So you now when we had our first date like this and we wondered if Peggy was happy?" Steve asked and I nodded.

"I do." I said.

"Well I think she is and I think she is yelling at me for being a complete idiot most of the time. She liked doing that." Steve said and I laughed.

"That was like her superpower." I said and Steve nodded.

"Well I'm done being stupid Summer." Steve said and I lifted my head so I could looked at him.

"Steve...?" I asked and he shook his head. He moved in front of my and took ahold of both my hands.

"When I decided to go into the ice over 70 years ago I never thought I would have this in my life. The amazing girl and the chance at a life. I know things havent always been easy with us and I know we are bound to have more difficult days along the way but I don't care. I want every one of my waking moments to be you. Good, bad and all the ones in between. Whether we are together or one of us is away working I want to know we are coming home to each other. I love you Summer Carter and I want you to be Summer Rogers. Will you marry me?" Steve asked and I smiled at him.

"Really?" I asked and he chuckled and placed and hand on my cheek wiping away the tear that was falling.

"Really." Steve said.

"Yes! Yes! Oh my god!" I said and I wrapped my arms around his neck and passionately kissed him. Once we broke apart Steve took my left hand and kissed my ring finger.

"I don't have a ring, I couldn't find one I liked for you. I figured we would go pick one out together." Steve said and I smiled.

"I don't care about a ring Steve. I love you." I said.

"I love you." Steve said laying me down on the blanket as we continued to make out.
