A fluttering sound came through the window. It was an owl. Remus sat by the window-side chair and sipped on his black coffee as the cold air chilled the room. The owl flapped its way to Remus's hand and sat there patiently. Y/N walked down the stairs in her pink pj's. Her (Y/H/C) hair was tied in a messy bun.
Y/N's Pov:
I can't believe it! It's happening after all these years. I am going to go to Hogwarts! "I've done it, I'm going to Hogwarts!" I shrieked. I had been home-schooled, and I am finally going to Hogwarts for my Third Year.
Remus's Pov:
I spat some coffee as I heard Y/N. "Congratulations Darling!" I said to her. I am Y/N's Godfather. I always home-schooled her, and I never knew that she applied to Hogwarts. I did not send her to Hogwarts for three reasons:
1. She is the daughter of Lily and James Potter whom no one knew existed.
2. She has no idea about her brother Harry or the truth about her parents' death.
3. I had to keep her safe from You-Know-Who, which meant keeping her away from the wizarding world.
I guess it was time to tell her about her past and what she would expect in her future.
