Mel's POV
"MOMMY!!!" Lillian shouts running to me. I pick her up and place her on my hip.
"Yes baby?" I ask.
"Me want sweeties." She says grinning. I sigh and shake my head.
"Baby. They're bad for you." She huffs and crosses her arms. She's so stubborn. She has Damon's hair and eyes. I miss him. But I can't go back. I start feeling dizzy so I put Lil (Lillian) down.
"Mommy? Are you ok? Your nose is bleeding." Lil says concerned.
"I'm fine baby." I say and wipe my nose. I need to keep this spell up. I mutter a spell under my breathe and smile. The spell was so I can't be tracked for 5 years. I hear my phone ringing and I look at the caller ID. Hmmmm. Unknown number. I click ignore and put it down but it rings again. Unknown number. I growl and answer it.
(U-Unknown M-Mel)
M- hello?
U- Melanie?! You're alive!
M- ermmm. Who is this?
U- It's Damon.
M- w-what?
U- Melanie where are you?
M- I can't tell you Damon.

"Mommy! Who on the phone?" Lil asks.
"Nobody sweetheart. Go play ok? I'll be there in a second." She nods and runs to the living room.

D-Who was that? Was that our kid?
M- what's it to you Damon?
D-Melanie. Tell me where you are. I want to be there for the both of you.
M- I can't Damon. I'm sorry.

I hang up and sigh. A tear falls and I wipe it away. I go into the living room to see Lil watching TV and her sat on the couch. I sit next to her and she climbs on my lap. She snuggles into me and drifts off to sleep. I smile and drift off to sleep as well.

Damon's POV
I rush over to the police station. I run in and find Liz.
"Liz! Can you do me a favour?" I ask.
"Yeah. Sure Damon. What is it?" She asks.
"Are you able to track phone numbers?" She nods and I give her Melanie's number to track.
"She's in Bulgaria, Damon." I nod and run to the airport. I compel myself a ticket and the flight is just about to leave. I run onto the plane into my seat. I slowly drift off to sleep with a smile on my face.
