Chapter Two

 "A-Xian, A-Xian, A-Xian"

"I'll release the dogs if you don't get up"

"Dogs!"

Wei Ying woke up with a start, the first thing he noticed was that he was not in the nightless city and secondly, he was alive. Quickly regulating his erratic heart and breath whilst looking around.

"Fresh Loquat, fresh from the trees"

The sounds from the bustling market caught Wei Ying's attention as he turned his head; he saw both Jiang siblings on the side. His mood soared at first seeing his Shijie alive, but quickly was drowned by the sorrow of what happened. Wei Ying than had confusion as he looked around before staring at his beloved Shijie, wondering why he wasn't dead as he got out of the boat as he wiped the sweat off his brow.

"don't make Fun of A-Xian" said Jiang Yanli

Quickly putting on a fake smile before saying what he had said long ago:

"I'm coming, I'm Coming... is everyone here already?"

"Shijie is everyone here?" asked Wei Ying

"We haven't reached cloud recesses yet, this is Ciayi town"

"Oh" said Wei Ying

His mind went back to the time that he was here, but this time there will be a few changes, no longer was he part of the Jiang sect, in his mind anyway as Wei Ying knew that he did not belong here in this time so instead after the lecture Wei Ying will make sure to deflect and rather finish everything before it started! that included the war... and also, he needed to find out why was he sent back to the place he suffered... was this his punishment.

Jiang Yanli noticed that Wei Ying was not himself.

"A-Xian, what's wrong?"

"Ah nothing, was just wondering if there was anything fun to do around here" said Wei Ying putting on a fake bright smile as he dodged Jiang Cheng hit.

"We are here for the lectures and all you think about is playing" retorted Jiang Cheng playfully

In truth Wei Ying now knew that Jiang Cheng was jealous of him, ever since when he tried killing Wen Ning there was a suspicion but on the cliff Wei Ying knew and also, he, Jiang WanYin was the main reason that he had let go of Lan Zhan's hand only able to whisper the words that was in his heart as a final goodbye.

Wei Ying saw the candy on the stick and once again decided to buy it for his ShiJie, again Jiang Cheng was not pleased with the display.

"Wei Wuxian stop playing, we are getting closer to Cloud Recesses, this time pupils from all famous clans will come. don't let others look down on us because of you" ordered Jiang Cheng

For once he was not going to hold his mouth if this was his second life, Wei Ying would make sure that this time it would be different.

"Whether I play around all day Jiang Cheng, I can still pass anyone that comes my way with either word or sword... I am going to find a room to stay in, we can make our way up tomorrow" said Wei Ying as he pushed forward and left the Jiang siblings behind.

Once again he couldn't help but wonder why he was bought back, could they not have just left him in peace and await his reincarnation, do the gods really despise him so much, his thought were disrupted by the smell of his favorite rice wine, so he decided to take a detour and buy two jars before heading to the Inn where he knew the Jiang sect and Jin sect would be.

"Sir what do you mean? Why did you suddenly run out when we booked our rooms yesterday" demanded Jiang Cheng as Wei Ying walked up

"Sir, that was not our intention at all, an influential young man suddenly came here today and paid for the whole tavern and drove everyone out except his people" said the Inn keeper.
