"Wakey, wakey eggs and bakey!" Pidge cooed, poking Keith in the face. He was lying on the couch, drool on his face. That's where he had been all day. Ever since Lance left. Thank goodness it was a Saturday.
"What the fuck Pidge? Go away!" Keith groaned, turning into the couch to avoid her.
"Well someone shouldn't have left the front door unlocked. You know that's why I'm over here right? Shiro texted me to make sure you locked the door. You failed him Keith. You didn't lock the door," Pidge explained.
"Shut the fuck up!" Keith groaned. Pidge began to poke him more.
"Also, I admit...the main reason I came over is because...I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED YOU IDIOT!" Pidge yelled, violently shaking Keith.
"I saw Lance leave your house this morning! Did he sleep over?!" Pidge demanded.
"Go away!" Keith yelled back.
"Keith I need answers! Are you guys friends now?! Are you?! Are you?! That would be so great! The movie mix up must have been fate!! I'm so glad you went to the wrong theatre!" Pidge cheered. Keith finally gave up.
"Okay Pidge! You win! I'm awake!" Keith yelled, throwing the blanket off him.
"I should hope so, it's 4pm," Pidge told him. Keith shot her a glare. Pidge held up her hands, grinning.
"Okay, sorry! I'll make you some coffee! Will that make up for me waking you up, and pestering you?" She asked.
"No, but make it anyway," Keith demanded.
"Okay," Pidge laughed, going to the kitchen. Keith followed her, siting at the same counter top place Lance had been.
"Soooooo what happened?" Pidge questioned, beginning to make the coffee.
"Nothing," Keith told her. Pidge shot him a glare.
"That's such a lie!" She insisted.
"Ugh fine!" Keith groaned.
"Well, for reasons I can't tell you Lance couldn't go home last night so he came over to my place. I made dinner, and we went to bed. He's still super fucking annoying, but I guess I don't hate him anymore. The end. Are you happy now?" Keith glared. Pidge laughed, handing him the coffee.
"Keith, do my eyes deceive me...or are you blushing?" Pidge teased. Keith's eyebrows shot up, and he tuned even more red. Shit.
"You are! Oh my gosh! I've never seen you blush before! It's so cute! It really suits you!" Pidge chirped, making Keith's scowl grow wider.
"Shut up!" He yelled.
"Hey! Grumpy puss! I just made you coffee, so you shut up and drink it!" Pidge ordered. Keith sighed, beginning to sip on it. It was black, just the way he liked it.
"Okay, seriously though Keith...why were you blushing so much?" Pidge asked, intrigued. Keith sighed. Should he tell her? He told Pidge almost everything. Besides she would figure it out eventually.
"Well, I'm fucking in love with Lance McClain are you happy?!" Yelled Keith. Pidge's eyes grew wide, and she gaped at him.
"Wait are you being serious?!" She finally asked. Keith glared.
"But what about your vow? What about all those years of hating Lance's guts?! I'm so confused! You're in love with him?!" Pidge gasped. Keith sighed.
"I think deep down I always knew I would break the vow eventually, and I've not always hated Lance. There was a time in freshman year when I had the biggest crush on him. I guess last night those feelings retuned. I know it seems kind of sudden, but I can tell that what I feel is love," Keith admitted.
"Awwwwwws Keith that's so sweet!" Pidge cooed.
"No it's not! Being in love with a straight idiot is the worst thing a gay man could ever do. Besides Lance likes someone else," Keith sighed.
"Who?" Asked Pidge.
"Kara," Keith groaned. Pidge began to laugh.
"Pidge it isn't funny!" Keith demanded.
"Shouldn't you be happy about that?! That basically means he likes you!" Pidge insisted.
"Uh...no. That's not what it means at all," Keith told her. Pidge shrugged.
"Okay then, whatever," she replied, deciding to let it go.
"I just still can't believe you're actually in love! With Lance of all people!" Pidge yelled. Keith rolled his eyes.
"You're going to kiss him Keith!" Pidge gasped.
"Uh...correction...Kara is going to kiss him," Keith argued. Pidge huffed.
"Stop acting like Kara is some other person! Those will be your lips on Lance's...on Friday," Pidge added sheepishly. Keith's eyes bulged, and he grew red again.
"WHAT?!" He yelled.
"Uh...yeah, I might have forgot to mention to you...Ms. Fran said she wants to do the kiss scene this coming Friday. She was going to tell you and Lance on Monday and give you the week to practice. Well, I guess now you know," Pidge cheered, grinning.
"I will murder you!" Keith yelled.
"I'd like to see you try!"
"Pidge, what am I going to do?!" Keith cried.
"Kiss him and enjoy it??" Asked Pidge.
"Ugh!" Keith groaned,"I can't deal with this right now!"
"Okay then...we don't have to talk about it any more. Want to come over to my house and see the new invention I've been working on?" Pidge questioned.
"Sure," Keith sighed, hoping he would be able to get his mind off of Lance.
