After exploring New York City, the two decided it was time to go back to the hotel and get ready for the play. Luckily, after the hand holding incident Lance had backed off. Keith wasn't sure how long that would last though. The boy was literally head over heels for some girl that was a bitch to him. Even if that "girl" was Keith.

"You can change first," Keith said once they were in their room. He flopped on the bed, rolling over and closing his eyes.

"Are you sure? You can go first..." Lance started.

"No. Shut up I'm trying to sleep," Keith snapped. Lance sighed and murmured something to himself, but he gave in and gathered his clothes. Keith heard the bathroom door close behind him, and took the opportunity to regain his calm. He turned over in bed, opened his eyes, and stared straight up at the ceiling.

"Deep breaths Keith. Tomorrow night you'll be on a plane back to Texas, and then you'll only have to put up with Kara for a few more weeks. Just keep it together and everything will be fine," he promised himself, taking a deep breath in.

That's when Lance came out of the bathroom looking hotter than ever. He had on a black slick suit, and his hair was combed back. He smelled of strong cologne, the good kind. He skin seemed to be growling. Keith couldn't help himself from staring, and turning bright bright red. Lance caught his eyes and cocked an eyebrow.

"I see I caught your attention. I'm looking pretty sharp ain't I?" Lance flirted, posing. Keith rolled his eyes more at himself than Lance.

"You're decent enough for a play I guess," Keith shrugged, getting off the bed. Then he picked up the dress Pidge had picked out and headed to the bathroom, bumping Lance's shoulder as he passed. Keith put on the luxury red dress with a lot of huffs and groans. Then he reapplied his makeup, adding a coat of red lipstick. Finally it was time for the hair. Keith swept it into a fancy looking bun, then began to add the accessories. When he was done he looked in the mirror and realized he didn't recognize the person before him. He already looked completely different when he was Kara, and he felt like he acted different too. Sometimes he thought that Ms. Fran forgot he was  the bad boy of the school instead of some stuck up girl all the guys liked. Sometimes he forgot that. But when he was in this beautiful dress that made his eyes sparkle it was like he was a new person completely. Weird.

Keith sighed as he opened the bathroom door and walked over to Lance who was looking out the window overlooking the city.

"Are we ready?" Keith scowled, crossing his arms. He felt uncomfortable with the tight dress and pointy high heels. All he wanted to do was put on his usual red jacked and black jeans, wipe the crap off his face and start cussing like a sailor.

Lance turned around quickly, grinning his usual grin when he saw Kara. His eyes went wide and his mouth dropped opened.

     "Kara you're...you're...gorge..."

"I look amazing, yeah I know. Now can we go already?" Keith spat out quickly trying to avoid Lance's intense love sick gaze. Shit.

"Yeah...yeah," Lance mumbled in reply, unable to take his eyes away from Kara for one second. It made Keith very squeamish. It wasn't that he didn't want this look from Lance. He just didn't want it...this way. Kara sighed as she stepped out into the hallway and quickly made her way the elevator, still hugging her arms close to her chest.

The elevator couldn't come fast enough, and Keith dove in it when it came. He was so nervous to be one on one with Lance, and his adrenaline was so high that all his movements were jerky. Unfortunately, there were so many people in the elevator that Lance and Keith ended up standing just inches apart, and Lance was turned to him. So they were literally face to face blushing like maniacs at each other as their vision kept glancing to the other's lips.
