After high school...Hunk and Shay traveled the world together with there own cooking businesses.
Matt and Allura broke up...Allura moved to New York City, where she ended up being roommates with Pidge while Pidge went to college. Before they knew it, Pidge and Allura ended up falling for each other and Matt constantly accused his sister of stealing his girlfriend.
Allura and Pidge just happened to live in the same apartment building as Lance, Keith, and Shiro...and Coran, Coran the beautiful man. Coran had never been happier in his life becoming friends with such an amazing team.
Before they knew it Adam and Shiro were dating...and then they were getting married. Keith had never been happier for his brother.
Lotor fell off a mountain.
Dr. Curtis became a mountain guide...and had a lot happier life than when was a principal.
Ms. Fran finally brought the theatre program back to life at Garrison High school.
Pidge, Lance, and Keith all went to the same college so they got see each other all the time.
And Lance, and Keith finally felt there lifelong wounds slowly start to scab over. Lance never had to deal with his father again...although he did get to see his siblings from time to time...and he made sure to call Victoria a lot. And Keith never had to see any of his middle school tormentors ever again.
"Happy third year anniversary," Lance whispered into Keith's ear, as they both walked down the busy street. Keith kissed Lance's cheek.
"Mmmmm, I love you," Keith whispered back
"Then will you marry me?" Asked Lance.
"Of course," Keith told him, laying his head against Lance's shoulder.
"I still can't believe there was a time when we would glare at each other in the hallways," laughed Keith.
"I can't believe there was a time I thought I was straight," laughed Lance.
"What can I say...it's all Pidge's fault," chuckled Keith. The two continued to laugh against each other, as they snuggled into the other's embrace.
The last three years they had had with each other had been perfect. College life was amazing, and both finally felt like they belonged. If Keith had the chance to talk to his younger self...he knew little Keith would never have believed him if Keith told him how much his life had turned around.
It was all thanks to Lance McClain. Lance had made the biggest, brightest impact on Keith's life. Lance was Keith's shining star, always shinning, not matter how dark it got. And Lance knew that if I'd disappeared...Keith would unravel. Keith was the only person that Lance had ever been able to tell everything to...Keith made Lance feel like he mattered. That was just a small part of why Lance loved him. Lance loved Keith so much. Just as much as Keith loved him.
As they continued to walk down the crowded street to there next destination with the moonlight shining on there faces, they couldn't help but think about how lucky they were to have the other one. Knowing that no matter what happened...they had each other.
