Seoul

Se-ri was looking forward to going to Swiss and she only had to wait three more weeks. She had been going for the last three years hoping to see Jeong hyeok, but he had did not come. She hoped this year would be different.

There was a knock on her door bringing her back to the present. "Come in" she said and Mr. Hong entered, smiling.

"Miss Yoon, are you ready to go on vacation? Is there something I should know before you leave? This is the fourth year you are vacationing in Swiss. Are you meeting someone?"

She looked at him with her stern look, I should not have said that, he thought.

"Mr. Hong, why do you think that I am meeting someone? Don't you think that I like Swiss and I like going there? The scenery is beautiful, the people are nice and it is a slower pace than Seoul. I will only be gone for two weeks, you always to a good job when I am gone."

Mr. Hong, smiled, she rarely gave compliments. "Thank you, Miss Yoon, I will do my best."

She looked at him and smiled, "I know you will."

"Let me know if there is anything else you want to go over before you leave,"

"I will" she said and he left her office.

Her phone rang and it was her mother. "Se-ri, are you ready to go to Swiss? Have your heard anything about Jeong hyeok?"

"No Eomma, nothing."

"It will be the fourth year, I sometimes think I will never see him again. And then, the thought goes away and I am hopeful that I will see him again."

Her mother could feel the pain Seri was going through, she wanted to take it away, but how? She was helpless.

"Se-ri, I want the best for you and no matter what happens, I will always support you."

"Thank you Eomma, let's meet for lunch tomorrow."

"Yes, I would love that."
