2 years, 72 Chapters and way over 105k words later, Yara's journey finally comes to an end. I loved creating her and bringing her to all of you, and I hope you guys like her as much as I do.
I know, her end might not seem like a happy one, but to me, her end was the only way she would ever have been able to find proper peace and happiness. A large part of her misery had been a result of her immortality. It is why she was alone for so long and why she had lost so much. Therefore, ever since I began writing this book, I knew that I wanted it to end with her death, which would finally allow her to truly be at peace. That is, why she died with a smile on her lips. Not only was she in peace and happy to finally see Natasha again, but she also got to have a meaningful death. She didn't die for nothing, and that was a privilege to her.
But that's enough about that. I want to thank everyone who has been with me from the start and who joined later on. Your comments always made me smile and are very appreciated. I do this not for popularity, but because it is an outlet for me and my thoughts. Still, it makes me happy to know, that other people like my stories and get invested in them. So thank you very much.
Since I am busy with my new job, I will probably not be starting any new stories any time soon. But I have not been able to get one idea for a new book out of my head. I absolutely love Shuri. Whenever I find some time on my hands, I might start working on a story that is centered around her and another original character of mine. Lmk what your thoughts are on this.
