I pull out my phone and smile at the copy of flight 37 video I have, "fuck Homelander lets show the world who he really is," I say to myself as I upload that video to YouTube. "He thinks hes a god but he is no god. All is he man-child with ego." Hughie smiles and kisses my shoulder, "what about Annie?"
"I think Shell be fine honey," I say showing him the live stream, "I quit."
"Annie will be just fine. Now here hold," I hand Hughie my phone. "You sure about this?"
"Yeah he needs to know im coming for him." Hughie smiles and nods, "hello world as you may know im Tremors the supervillain turned anti-hero and that is accurate. I released the flight 37 video there is another side to Vought that people don't see because they cover it up. They have caused countless death of civilians in the name of saving the world. And superhuman affairs isn't doing anything about this they work with Vought. Victoria Neumann caused the attack on congress not me or my team. This is a message for Homelander and all of Vought, you started a war im coming for you because I am the destroyer," I nod and hughies end the live stream. "Vicky is gonna kill you."
"Let her come im done hiding behind my dad."

5days later:
Hughie and I tied the knot and we were at the legends place, "what are you watching?"
"Old mistakes. You tremors your on the news. Neumann has been trying to cover it up."
"She can try but i didnt Fake That Video Everything ive said IS the truth," I say then I look at my phone. "Annie?" I ask picking it up and going into another room.
"Athena where are you?"
"I cant tell you."
"Why not?"
"Because you'll get hurt your my best friend."
"Athena I need your help."
"Maeve?"
"Yeah."
"Im in," I say then I hear my dad walk in. "Ill meet you at M.Ms in 15 minutes."
"Your the best thena." She hangs up the phone and I walk downstairs, "you?"
"Bite me solider boy. Dad I have to go."

I knock on m.m door, "Athena? Is your dad?"
"No im Alone im here because of Kimiko and Annie. Whatever the fuck is going on between you and my dad m.m I want nothing to do with it."
"Always kid," I walk in and look around, I sigh of relief, "kimiko," she looks over as I sit down next to her. "Ive got sister."
"Butcher wheres your dad?"
"They're going after mind storm. We don't have a lot of time."
"Athena we saw the video."
"Killing Homelander isnt gonna Stop Vought it's not gonna bring my mom back and sure as hell wont be justice I need to bring them down all of them."
"Welcome back Butcher and Hughie?"
"He'll be fine I think," I say and get up looking at my phone, "I have to go find a way to find Maeve or I don't know." Annie grabs my hand looking at the wedding ring, "don't go."
"Annie i have to I have to protect hughie and im the only one who can take out soldier boy." She pulls me into a hug, and whispers, "Just keep your location on ok." I hug her back, "always Annie."

I land a few feet from Butcher, hughie, and soldier boy, "your late."
"Im here. Arent i. Wait we have weed? Since when?"
"Since you left kiddo?"
"Asshole," I look around, "we ready?"
"Where did you go thena?" Hughie ask me. "To check on my sister."

"What did you say?" Soldier boy ask as we walk in the woods, "nothing mate."
"I think you gave him to much weed."
"Hes a supe."
"Im a supe and I don't smoke this much weed and ive smoked a lot of weed," I say causing dad to laugh as he remembers the day we smoked a whole bag. I grabs soldier boys joint hitting it, blowing the smoke in his face. "Oh fuck," he says then an explosion goes off and we all fall to the ground, "Hughie?" I ask in concern.
"Im ok. Are you?"
"Yeah."
"Oh fuck," was all I heard from my dad. "Dad!" I scream. "Hes gonna pick us off one by one."
"What did he do?"
"Well if its usually mo he trapped him in endless nightmare till he dies."
"Shit," I whisper to myself standing up starting to pace. "Mind Strom is the person that can get him out."
"We get mind storm get him to snap butcher out then you can kill him i don't give a fuck."
"Boys!" I yell and they both look at me, "if you both start acting hysterical im gonna slap you. Now if you both wanna end up like your friend there it ain't worth the risk. Chin up a deals a deal you help deal with this I'll kill Homelander butcher would've given his life up for that in a heart beat."
"Yeah thats true. Dad would do anything to get justice for mom," I say slightly annoyed, "but you lay one hand on Hughie I end you."
"Come on."
"Athena?"
"I cant leave him like this. Hes been an asshole to me but hes still my dad."
"I know I'll fix this," hughie kisses my forehead before leaving with soldier boy. "Don't worry dad im not going anywhere."

Hughies pov:
"How hard?"
"What?"
"How Hard does Athena suck your dick that you miss her that much?" He ask me Jesus fuck no wonder Athena threatened him.
"Is everything you say is so gross she saved me. Ok more then once so I own her everything I love her."
"Bullshit your on a mission you get the job done I stormed the hover dam I fought the Nazi. You wanna know what I do when im scared fucking nothing cause im not fucking pussy."
"You didnt storm shit it was all faked," I tell him as I hear branches crack behind us, and I see a blast hit soldier boy. I smile as I we see Athena come into view. "Fuck you," she says.

We walk to the street, "are you superhero? Why are you working with that supe terrorist?" Athena rolls her eyes, "yes I am and im taking this fine piece to authorities," he grabs her arm and I watch her glare at him like she wanted to kill him. "Is something we can help you with father?"
"We cant go i don't supposed either one of you knows engines." Athena gets out of soldiers boy hand, "I do."
"You are full of surprises babe."
"I know." She smiles back at me. "Where are you guys heading?"
"A samaritans embrace retreat-" the priest says then we hear a gun go off. "Jesus fuck Soldier boy they were innocent people," Athena yells. "Everyone is coming for us every damm day."
"You have ptsd and you really fucking stoned." Athena helps the nun up, "come on ma'am." All I hear from behind me was a groan then the sound of neck snapping. "Alright lets go."
"Now that is a soldier."
"Fuck you," Athena says, "i didnt ask for this I never asked for this."

"Annie? Wait slow down...No i cant help get compound v. Everything is under control just be careful."
"Everything?" She kisses me, and I pull off, "you ok?"
"Everything is prefect babe."

Athena's pov:
"Marvin slow down?"
"Athena he took my girl to Homelander rally the say you and Starlight are trafficking kids. They say you faked the flight 37 video and everything you say you is a lie i don't know what to do anymore."
"Uncle breath. Ill handle it."
"Athena?"
"Ill handle it." I hang up the phone. As we continue walking, hughie turns around and looks at me, "go back to your dad I'll be back there in 3 minutes," he whispers and I run off. I get back to where we left my dad, "alright. Babe what's the plan!"
"Where the fuck are my clothes?!" Mind storm yells as I look at the ground. "We can help you."
"Clothes babe!"
"I wanna go home im begging you please wake him up."
"Ive seen what's in that guys head hes a piece of shit."
"Yeah we know. But he is her dad and for better or worse hes family. I Just wanna protect my family," hughie says looking at me and I smile Back.
"I feel bad for her."
"Don't worry MindStorm shes better then him."
"In all ways," I say back. "Dad!"
"Im sorry Im so fucking sorry," he says hugging me. "Its ok."
"Attie I'm so fucking sorry I love you so much kiddo. You have every right to be mad at me."
"Dad its ok," I hug him back, "I promise."

"Right a deals a deals," hughie gets up then soldier boys shows up. "Fucking hell." Dad and I get up. Solider boy walks over and punches Hughie so hard he goes flying, "hughie!" I yell running over to him, "hey you ok?" I ask, he grabs both my hands, "I'm ok I'm ok," he says placing a one my hands on his heart so I can feel it beat, I relax a little feeling the steady beat of his heart. I look over at my dad as we see him flash Solider boy with his yellow eyes, I raise my other hand and I blast solider boy lightly. Dad walked over to us as Hughie put his head in my neck, "alright let's go."

"Long John silvers was the only thing open? I guess thats kinda fish and chips."
"Yeah."
"Dad?"
"Im fine kid, I promise." He walks over to us, "its the temp v? We need to drop by the office and get more and the three of us have a job to finish."
"Fuck yeah we do," hughie says and hugging me.
"Congrats you two," dad says looking at the rings on are fingers. "Thanks dad."
"Come lets eat. You two." Dad smile which was weird but this was nice its felt nice like a family.
