Captain Krissy, originally from the USF Destiny's Rival, a light cruiser-class ship, took the option of switching over to STAR, moving over to the STAR Convolution, a light destroyer-class ship. When the opportunity presented itself, she already knew that the USF was going to disband her fleet and do a rehiring process, forcing Krissy into an early retirement. She was in luck to be able to climb the ladder so easily with the USF, though she already had experience on Earth as an Air Force cadet, having climbed the ladder there. When she moved on into the USF, she was also known to be a skilled, accurate gaming enthusiast, and jealousy and envy was garnered alongside the attention and admiration that she worked hard to gain.
Krissy retired from the USF side a Major and entered the STAR side a Lieutenant Colonel as well as a targeted traitor and criminal. She switched to the STAR right on time, because her command in the USF had been plotting to remove her entirely from the force, following their study of Krissy's performance and scrutiny of some of her decisions to allow certain operatives of other factions to live. They classified their studies on her due to the sensitivity of the intelligence, having to do with Krissy's prowess in terms of intuition--something she was good at using to make highly effective combat decisions--and her communications with particular, aforementioned operatives. Her involvement with some of these operatives was largely unknown, but some of them were known for crimes in police force systems around the known galaxy, spelling corruption to the police forces--something that was acceptable to them, as her ties with police forces grew stronger from her times on Earth.
Krissy's skills rivaled that of Minks, one of the USF's 1st Lieutenants and top pilots. One of her first tasks as a STAR operative was to dispatch Minks's fleet in a space war that would shake the USF's morale, and then to convince Minks to come to her side and ultimately pledge loyalty to the STAR after a calculated victory. Minks's skills as a pilot and leader proved to be beneficial to the USF's pushback against STAR advances, something Krissy wasn't completely certain about how to deal with, even from her position as a Lt. Col. Although the war ended in a stalemate, Krissy had proven herself capable of holding her own in terms of space combat leadership, having a morale boosting effect on her fellow men and women of STAR. She quickly gained the trust of STAR, utilizing their knowledge and personnel to surgically eliminate members of the USF, MSF, SSR (Sovereignty Space Rebellion,) and UPDoCC (United Planetary Dominion of the Californian Cartel,) pirate gangs, pirate raider gangs, and other hostile drifters. Her numerous decisions to execute revealed for her the opportunity to be promoted to the position of Colonel.
Fortunately for Krissy, she also possessed the power of loyalty that aided her in adapting to her friends and comrades, giving her an advantage in the development of more diplomatic approaches to peace for STAR and their expansive agendas. She paved the way for STAR to grow as powerful as they became with their hundreds of thousands then later millions of members. STAR was going strong for a very long time and was only improved with Krissy's well-rounded performance and traits. Had she been less inclined to loyalty within her friendships, she may have become a diabolical, villainous leader of an entire pirate space race. Worse yet, she possibly could have spearheaded for one of the space cartels and taken a path of treachery similar to the USF's hits against those they considered less worthy.
Even with her marriage going strong and her balancing attention to STAR strategic planning and agendas involving her many crews, her heart found much strength somewhere else in the galaxy from an unexpected source. Ka'eo had been with her for a long time in heart and was still pumping love from his heart into her own. This confounded things in her life to some degree, but Ka'eo was able to reinforce her where she felt weak, paid for in the strengthening their own interweaving of relation. Krissy made her best effort to use her intuition wisely, to guide herself towards more emotional peace and stability, finding herself further away from Ka'eo's adventures and closer toward stepping up and becoming a general of the STAR.
On a special day for STAR, Krissy gathered a few of her trusted men and women of her STAR fleet together to help update her intelligences and adjust her focus as was necessary for the future. She had Master Sergeant Roger Urama, 1st Lieutenant Dante Cohit, 1st Lieutenant Roland Cualanga, 1st Lieutenant Anthony Branzounga, Captain Jordan Iwahara, Captain Nesse Ragwam, Captain Norma Talgmasa, and Major Granden Caval--not to be confused with Ka'eo Caval of the USF 144p Progenitor.
"Sup guys," Colonel Krissy said, walking into the conference room.
"Sup Colonel," said Roger, saluting her as she walked into the room. She giggled at his nonstrict adherence to social conduct, feeling like she was back in high school. He smiled big and wide, looked at Dante, then stuck out his tongue to tease him.
Dante saluted her shyly and said, "Suh- ah, sup, Colonel Krissy!"
Roger looked at Dante with a smile and furrowed brows, judging his awkwardness. "Dante! Why you always so awkward, Dante?"
Dante smiled and shrugged, crossing his arms and sticking his tongue back out at Roger. Major Granden shook his head at them and adjusted his ear piece out of habit. He saluted Krissy quickly, as well, but maintained a state of discipline. Granden seemingly had higher goals in mind than the others in the room were aware of.
"Dante, why you always look so dumb and you say the dumbest sh$t, Dante? Embarrassing all of us, Dante," teased Roger. He was relentless toward Dante, making him cover his head and laugh. Roger, Cpt. Norma, Cpt. Jordan and 1st Lt. Roland laughed with Dante as he couldn't hide his own embarrassment. Krissy giggled at them, observing their behaviors and hoping the meeting would go for the best.
"Okaaaay, guuuuys, I need you to listen up. We have more planning to do, and a joint review. Yes, we need to evaluate the warfront," Krissy said.
"So what, Dante, you going give Krissy one suh-uh sitrep or what?" Roger asked Dante.
Dante held his head and smiled red in face while Roland attempted to rub the top of his head.
Roland looked at Roger and said, "Ay! Rajah!" That prompted Dante and Roger to laugh with him.
"Guuuuys, listen up. And Major, would you please do me a favor and set up the display there? I'm going to hook up the intelligence monitors we have to it and we can go over the intel we've got to come up with what else we're going to do next," Krissy told everyone.
"Wow, Krissy, straight to business, ah?" Roger threw in.
Krissy giggled and told him, "Well, you know, I have to keep things professional, Roger. We've got missions and we're on a time limit."
"Yeah, Rajah!" Roland said, giggling. Dante chuckled along with him.
Roger said to them both, "Shaddap you f$hkahs, let the woman speak, it's her turn to speak."
"Thank yoooouuuu," Krissy said toward Roger. Granden worked on setting up the display to pair up with her intel monitors. Krissy pulled her PCD up and continued, "So, we didn't quite get our targets in the battle over space quadrant code named Radio Cast, where we were supposed to get Minks and find out more information about an HV target that has been very persistent in holding down STAR as whole. We have more information on him later, but for now, we need to come up with a way to get Minks to engage with us again in battle where she isn't a fighter pilot. We'll need to bring her down by pulling her up. And do any of you have any suggestions?"
"I knew somebody who would be able to do that, but they work for the USF," Granden said.
"I'm not ruling out using people within the USF to accomplish our goals, guuuuys, remember who you're talking to," Krissy informed then giggled.
Roger smiled and said, "You gonna send me in again? I got my team on standby, and I'll be ready to hop on it whenever." He hit Dante in the chest with a quick tap from his fist and snickered with him.
Krissy giggled again then looked at Roger with a scolding look on her face. She said, "Master Sergeant, behave yourself, and maybe we'll have a deal."
Roger said, "I'm listening!" He grinned and held his pen between his hands, playing with it and clicking the pen a few times. He and Krissy exchanged a quick glance of understanding and she went back to her PCD.
Krissy read from it saying, "Now. When Granden gets this thing workiiiing, then I can do something with... thiiiis--okay! Okay, so, we're going to work on trapping Minks somehow, but we're going to do it using the intel we have on where she is now and her service records, everything we've got on her. If you guys have anything you can add in terms of intel, I would like for you to bring it forward to the table."
"If you don't mind me asking, Colonel, why do you want Minks so bad?" Jordan asked.
"Jordan, thank you for asking. Minks is a HV target, much like the Aussie that I'm going to tell you about," Krissy said, clearing her throat. She informed them, "Minks had a very impressive service record and needs a better place to exercise her skills, so we--well, if Graaaanden would hurry up and set up the display for us then we all could see what I'm going to share with you here."
"I'm hurrying up. This thing is taking forever, Krissy, sorry," Granden said, knocking on the screen a few times. Suddenly the screen kicked on, illuminating dozens of options in a giant spider web graphic. The options stuck out like holograms off of the display, glowing and moving with each movement of Krissy's hand on her PCD.
"Hoo, not bad, Granden," Krissy said. "Thanks for doing that. Now, where were we? Right, getting Minks to come to our side. And, while I'm at it, we have a few members who could help us dissolve the issues. For those of you who know Queeny, one of my favorite and trusted colleagues, she's out on a mission right now doing some mercenary work, and if she's successful in bringing back some things I asked her to acquire for me and, of course, STAR, then we could possibly send her to collect Minks. Another one of my favorite people whom goes by the name of Kim Ram V is doing some investigation work for me on a nearby star system that should bring me more intel about the locals and the factions there, not only USF. When she brings back the intel, we can get started on commencing with my plan of action that I have in mind for us. Kim is extremely gifted in terms of her sharpness. She's so d$mn smart."
Jordan smirked, remembering the name from somewhere. He felt like he would possibly be able to shark those waters for more information. Jordan waited and listened to Krissy as she continued her explanations and detailing of the plans.
"Ultimately, to get her to our side, we're going to need to do this step-by-step... here. Process this, you guys," Krissy instructed, pressing a few of the glowing buttons that expanded trees of knowledge and facts as well as diagrams and figures showcasing USF fleet information, all of their ships and commanding officers, and then a 'pen' symbol that Krissy pressed to begin drawing and writing on the intel images and text.
Everyone in the room was silent and obedient to Krissy's feminine appearance and demeanor, though wary of her ability to break people if necessary. They figured, from her calmness, that she was actually ready to break Minks and anyone else she could capture. The one thing Krissy didn't understand was the disloyalty of team members, and the possibilities that people could very much not agree with her, hindering the progress she sometimes would want to devote all of her time and energy on. It would always take time for everyone in all factions, groups, militaries, and governments to find out the Truth behind all of the instrumentation of life.
