"WHAT?!" Deverlon exclaimed in horror, his eyes widening, "GUANJUN HAS BEEN ARRESTED FOR WHAT?"
"Drug abuse, I hear,"
"Oh, that's fine." Deverlon replied, adding on a "做得好!" after.
"I'm serious, you bloody idiot."
"Oh."
"He will be going to court in a few days. We can visit him then and offer our support," Yifan suggested. Everyone nodded in agreement, a dark cloud looming over them. Nobody knew what would happen to Guanjun, only that he was in a lot, a lot of trouble.
"Wait..is Guanjun being held in a jail cell?" Zijie asked, scheming. Nobody knew the entire story, but all nodded. "Then let's break him out!"
Zijie's idea sparked a flurry of debate among the division. Some of the more law abiding ones objected to it, but the daredevils (you know who you are) agreed to it. The final verdict: They were going to break Guanjun out.
Rolling out a blueprint on the table, Deverlon drafted out their plan meticulously. They were full on confident of their plan as follows:
Break into building
Get Guanjun out
Celebrate :D
Leanne, who was coincidentally walking past Deverlon Division's meeting room, overheard the plan. Putting her ear to the door, she picked up the mission statement: GET GUANJUN OUT OF THERE. With a spark of hope, she kicked down the door and burst into the room. A tiny figure emerging in the room was not a common sight (at least, aside from in Ngiam's World Pte Ltd).
"I want to join!"
