Chapter Forty Two

P.S. VICTORIA JUSTICE (who plays Adrianna) AND TAYLOR LAUTNER (who plays Troy) TO THE SIDE...WHEN THEY WERE KIDS!

LET  ME HERE YOU ALL SAY “AWWWWWWW!”

>>>>>>>>>>

♥Adrianna♥

I slowly opened my eyes, blinking at the sudden ray of sunshine bursting through the window, as some nurse opened the curtains.

“Uh...morning,” I called out, rubbing away sleep from my eyes.

She whipped around and sent me a cheerful smile. ‘Oh, sorry, did I wake you up?’

I chuckled, shaking my head. “No it’s alright.”

She nodded, and then left the room quietly, shutting the door after her. I laid back, recollecting my thoughts.

I’d gotten stitches and everything, and I could leave tomorrow. I really could not wait. I longed to just walk around the house freely, being my normal self, instead of being cooped up in this cold hospital, surrounded by machines instead of being outside, soaking up the hot sunshine, on the beach.

DING! DING!

A new text message. I reached over, and snatched up my iPhone, pressing the new text message.

Hey Ade, sorry I haven’t visited you for a few weeks, I’m gonna come over 2day =D Hope the hospital is treating you well! I promise I’ll bring you some food, Mum’s making homemade chicken pot pie, so I’ll bring some over. See you soon,

Julian xo

I smiled, and I could feel my mouth water automatically. Julian’s Mum’s homemade chicken pot pie was honestly to DIE for. The texture, the taste, the smell, the look...everything about it was just AMAZING. After being forced to eat some white mushy stuff and a piece of overcooked meat last night, I was more than willing to jump off a cliff to have a bite of Julian’s Mum’s homemade chicken pot pie!

I quickly texted back:

Mmmm, sounds like heaven! Thxs Jules, see you soon!

Love Ade, xo

I then set my iPhone back on the table, and shut my eyes, forcing myself to fall back asleep. And I did, but this time, I dreamt about something.

I was running in some field, which had flowers growing up to my knee-caps.

I was shouting someone, but I didn’t know who.

I was running to someone, but I didn’t know who.

Who was I calling to?

Then I saw it.

Some figure in the distance. I couldn’t really see who it was, but I knew for a fact, that it was a guy.

For some strange reason, I was running to him.

But he was standing perfectly still.

I kept running to him.

Then, he just turned around, and walked away.
