Confused, Julia sits in the tall grass. She doesn't know where she is, or how she got here. No. She doesn't know what's going on. Confused, she looks around. Next to her is a basket. Blue sky. Lots of flowers. Brushes lying around, pots of paints, and tons of colorful eggs standing on several wooden tables. This is someone's workplace, but she doesn't know from whom.

In general, she has the feeling that her head is a bit foggy. Is she dreaming? Did she fall asleep? Slowly she gets up and looks at the eggs. They are artistically painted. Some even glitter. Carefully, she takes a golden egg in her hands...

"Be careful! Don't ruin my eggs!" Suddenly, a bad-tempered, human-sized pink rabbit stands in front of her. "They all have to be hidden in the next hour! All of them! I've been working on these for hours!"

"You're hiding the eggs? Why?" She carefully lays the egg back on the others. A big rabbit... All in pink... Strange.

"Why? Easter is in a few hours!" The rabbit shakes his head. "And who are you? How did you get here?"

"What? I don't know. Oh! My name is Julia. Where am I?"

"Aha. Easter Bunny. Pleasant to meet you, I guess. This is my studio."

"Easter Bunny?" Julia grins. "That's a strange name."

The rabbit snorts and shakes his head. He picks up the basket and starts putting the eggs inside. "My real name is Günther Helmut Fröhlich. But no a... uh... friendly person calls me that. I'm always called the Easter Bunny! Easter Bunny! That's my job, not my name! And this stupid pink... I was brown once. Had to dye my fur!"

"And what do you do with the eggs? Why hide them?" Fascinated, she watches as thousands of eggs magically disappear into the basket.

"What do I do with them? I hide them. So that brats seek and find them. They have plenty of fun, these plagues. And do I hear a thank you? No! But I have back problems! Terrible. I had applied for other professions. This was only the emergency solution... And what turned out in the end? I was the only idiot who applied! The job was almost forced on me! I should quit!"

"And what kind of professions were these?" Julia would have liked to stroke the rabbit over his soft ears, but she assumes that he would find this rude.

"First as a tooth hare! A fairy got the job. Christmas Bunny! That would have been something! A sled. Reindeer. Fewer back problems! And helping Christmas elves. But nope! Such an old snob got the job. Thinks he's better! Do I have help? No! And last but not least, there was a special job offer as a green goblin with a funny hat! I didn't get the job either... Insolence!"

"I'm very sorry for you..." Julia does not know any of these professions. What is a Christmas Bunny? A tooth hare? That sounds strange. And why were fairies interested in teeth? They liked sugar, not teeth."

"So! I have to go now... Although! You can help me. Just jump along!", he muttered and handed her a colorful egg.

Julia raises her eyebrows. "Help you? Of course... But... Why jump?"

"Because Easter bunnies jump or hop! We have to go around the world! Come on! We must not keep these ungrateful brats waiting. They constantly write letters to this swagger! Santa Claus. Cookies and cocoa! Ha! This is certainly not healthy! When he started the job, he was slim. Now he's fat! Hardly fits through chimneys and therefore has to break in through the windows! But the children celebrate him as a hero! And he constantly brags about it. Stupid. And me? Do I receive letters? Carrots? No... Let's go..." And he hops away. "I don't even get cookies! I don't like milk. I have lactose intolerance. Come on! Hop along!"

"But I am human! No rabbit!", she exclaims, irritated. "I'd rather go... I can't jump all the time."

"I said hopping. Now! It's urgent! We don't have all day!"

„What?"

Frightened, she sat up. Josef slept on her legs and Marko snored next to her.

Leopold slept on her other side, with his hands buried in her long hair...

That was a strange dream...

But then, she noticed that she was holding something in her hands. It was the colorful egg that the pink rabbit had given her.
