this idea might be a little angsty but what if lesso and reader were in a relationship years ago and lesso broke readers heart (I mean like nasty, gut wrenching, female rage breakup). Then reader finds outs she's pregnant but she can't even be in the same room as lesso so she's basically a single mom. Time skip a few years and readers kid is dropped at one of the schools and lesso finds out she has a kid.
Completely open for a happy or bad ending 6 also I forgot to add earlier but totally lesso x ever reader (

"You were nothing to me but a convenience. I don't love you and I haven't for months now. You make everything a chore, bringing me down to your level. I don't want you. Nor will anyone else, truly broken and undeserving, have a nice life, ending it would do the world a favour." The harsh words rang through your brain on a loop. It was hard to imagine that your Leo, well she's not yours now, would say those horrid things. It had to be a nightmare right? You'd wake up soon and she'd hold you and whisper words of comfort and reassurance as you cried. Losing her meant losing you and that was terrifying. She was your first everything and to be told you meant nothing, just a notch on her bedpost hurt. That's all you'd be to her now, a skeleton in her closet. But for you, she'd be the heartbreak you told your children of. A type of love so pure and innocent until touched by the devils hand. How you thought she'd be the one you'd marry as you comforted them through their first breakups. What made things even harder, was the fact you would always be left with a piece of her, the little test blinking positive on your lap. At least you wouldn't be alone, here and now you promised your unborn child that you'd never leave them.
For years it was just you and Delilah Faye, your gorgeous daughter who had unruly beautiful red hair and your eyes. The perfect mix of you and her other mother. She'd asked you of course, and you told her the tale when she was old enough to understand. You censored some of the harsh words, not wanting to pain an image of her mother just incase one day Lilah decided that she wanted to reach out. That soon was taken out of your hands when Delilah received her admission for the School of Good and Evil.
Naturally, she had Leonora's roots and ended up placed as a Never. Delilah was so sad about that, she wanted to be like her momma, but when she met the Dean things became clear. Her Dean was her other mother. It was almost as if they were looking in a mirror, the same unruly hair and tall slender frame. But seeming to have your eyes and nose and disposition. A perfect mix of the woman she let slip away all those years ago and herself. Now Leonora could feel a fraction of the pain you felt that night. The night she left you, hurt you in unimaginable ways. Guilt sinking like rocks in her stomach as she realised she'd missed out on so much of her own daughter's life, how would she ever form a bond with her now. When you'd done it all alone, thinking she hates you.
Lesso loved getting to know Delilah, she was truly magnificent, her skills unlike no other new Never student. You'd done an impeccable job raising her and truly she wished to be able to see you just one time and explain it all, apologise and grovel as much as needed to get you back in her life. What she would give to have that opportunity.
Due to the merger of the school and the close communication with other schools for the unique like Nevermore academy, the schools announced a parent's weekend, one rule in place being Nevers and Evers cannot kill one an other on this weekend. Delilah happily sent her invite off to you knowing you'd come to see her as long as you could. You'd only ever had each other and that created a beautiful bond between you both.
On the Friday parents we're beginning to arrive Leonora paced her office in panic. You'd be arriving, you hadn't seen one another since that horrid day. She felt a few stray tears falling, very unlike her usual put together self. The situation is extremely complicated and delicate and she knew she'd have to handle it right.
When the opportunity arose she pulled you into her office for a personal review on Delilah's progress. The only way you'd willingly go with her and she knew that. As soon as you two were alone, the Dean turned to face you, "Delilah is she ?" She trailed off watching as you nodded silently, tears trailing your cheeks, "she's yours yes" you confirmed with a sad smile. "All these years you've had a piece of me... and I had no clue and nothing of you but the memories of my vile words under Rafals control."
You sobbed at her words, "Leo" your voice cracked, "you said you didn't love me. Was, was that true?" You whimpered almost pathetically. "No my love, I've always loved you and I always will. Delilah is living proof of that darling" she murmured as you curled into yourself. The words making sense but the hurt still remains, Lesso continued to explain. "For two women to get pregnant darling you have to have true love, and that's something we have. I've missed you all these years and I'm so so sorry love."
You threw yourself into her arms. "Leo" you sobbed, "I missed you so much." "And I you sweetheart" she murmured, only to be interrupted by the door opening and your daughter stood in the doorway, watching the display. "Momma?" She murmured, "is the mama?" She whispered trying to not be obvious. "It is baby, go meet mama Lilah" you gestured to the woman who was holding you. "Hi sweetheart" lesso whispered as she crashed into you both. Here and now you had your little family, because you can't have happiness without a little rain just like you can't have a rainbow without some rain.
