*Authors note~ confession I'm also a tad like this with bees if I am caught off guard and wasps terrify me also the request flickers from reader to lesso being scared so I decided to go with Leonora as our girl deserves some comfort *

Prompt~ tumblr anon~ Hi :) can I ask for Lesso and reader who is terrified of bees wasps etc.? Reader is a fellow teacher and came into the class where Lesso was teaching and saw the scene with bees and got a panic attack and all of the pupils were laughing and mocking the reader for being a never and being afraid of bees and Lesso stands in her defence and helps her calm down.  🌺

Teaching at the schools for Good and Evil was certainly an experience but it was one you had grown to love. Teaching was always something you desired to do, so when the opportunity came up you were willing to run head first for it, despite the fact others warned you over the school for Evils antics and their Dean. You didn't want to base it off hearsay so you went and started at the schools.

It took some time for you to adjust but when you did you were so glad you trusted your own instincts and took the job. And that's how you found yourself walking the halls to the Curses and Deathtraps class room where the one and only Lady Leonora Lesso was currently teaching. Normally, you'd wait for her class to end before bothering her but this was urgent and you remember her words from your first day, "should you need me come and find me."

The first thing you noticed was how uncharacteristically loud the classroom was. Leonora wasn't one for allowing such things from her students so you did the only thing you could think off, enter. After all you have a duty of care. The sight that met you wasn't anything like what you had expected to see. Lesso crouched down in a corner shaking violently as she appeared to be struggling for air, her class crowding around her and throwing insults and what they thought to be jokes about the red head being absolutely terrified of what appeared to be bees.

"Settle down, go back to your seats and please be quiet, you all have fears and quite frankly I'm disappointed in you all especially some of the Ever students in here, Dovey will be finding out about your un Ever like behaviour" you directed and made your way to the scared red head. The students eventually found their seats after a few hard stares and ignored the two adults in the room.

"Leo?" You murmured watching the red head struggling to breath and rocking her self in an attempt to self soothe. She may be the great Dean of Evil, but she is human so seeing her like this, was truly killing you. "It's okay Leo, it's just me no one else is looking and they are gone Leo" you murmured reassuringly as you rubbed her back. The older woman threw herself into your body causing you to instinctively hold her. "Shhh it's okay it's all okay"

It became clear soon enough that Leo was using you as an excuse to hide so you dismissed the class a little earlier than usual. "It's just us love" you murmured, your nimble fingers scratching gently at her skull. "M sorry you saw me weak" she mumbled into your neck not quite ready to leave her safe haven. "Leo, you aren't weak, I still love my hot headed, sarcastic, ferocious and gorgeous girlfriend. You still totally can strike fear into anyone Leo, you're human and fears are normal love" you paused to encourage her from your neck to look at your eyes, "and I'll always be here to protect you from them."
