Plot:
> Diana Prince is known for many things; a veteran soldier, an Amazonian, and an anthropologist, but mostly known as the superhero Wonder Woman. Years after helping mankind by serving the US in WWII, Diana experienced many horrific things including his beloved person, Steve Trevor's death. This left her to suffer from PTSD and has been searching for a cure for many years despite nothing successfully working. Giving up, Diana soon returned to her isolated homeland, Themyscira, asking her mother, Queen Hippolyta's wisdom to solve this. She explains that PTSD is supposed to be impossible for Amazonians and the only logical thing that could answer is if her exiled brother, Ares, is tampering with Diana's mind. In the end, Hippolyta guides Diana by following the warrior's path to Ares's prison in Germany where his soul was sealed by the Gods. On her way with Invisible Jet, Diana looked at her old photo with Steve Trevor which ignites a flashback of their memories as well as her PTSD. Diana arrives at the village where she is greeted by a starving poor little girl who begs for food. Feeling emphatic, Diana bought her a dozen buns before the girl shared them with her younger siblings. Diana sits eating her bread with those children for a sense of togetherness. But seeing the frightened faces of the children makes Diana wonder what's happened and she goes to ask one of them. Diana learns that the village has been shrouded in fear by a chemical doctor named Doctor Poison who conducts uncivilized experiments with the villagers. After asking for several clues, Diana makes quick work of stopping Doctor Poison and destroying her hideout.> Diana must constantly face obstacles during her journey. One of them is the gigantic figure called himself First Born, who is guarding the place. Diana notices the power of Gods from him that presumed was from Ares, and it's proven correct once after she bound him with The Lasso of Truth after he was beaten. However, Diana feels odd that her power is slowly draining than it used to be. Later, Diana finally faces Doctor Poison who uses Ares's magical power but is ultimately beaten with ease. From her lasso, she learns that Doctor Poison is serving Ares, hence why she's been experimenting as if only to find a way to resurrect Ares. After being released from Ares's possession, Doctor Poison gives a map to find Ares's location. After a few days of searching, Diana finally arrives and opens the lock but only to find a large statue of Ares inside. Disappointed, Diana screams angrily and starts throwing punches everywhere. However, her rage somehow triggers the statue's eyes to begin glowing and Diana blacks out. Suddenly, she found herself at the No Man's Land she fought during the war before Ares appeared standing in front with full armor. Diana fought Ares in many attempts although it resulted in nothing. As Ares managed to stop her, he told her something to clear things up. Ares isn't responsible for the PTSD Diana suffered, but Hippolyta did. Diana distrusts this fact but Ares explained that it was caused by the spell she put on the island to ensure every Amazon will always return to Themyscira. It works with the longer they are away from there, the less their connection with the power of God's will. This answers why her PTSD and weakened power are only happening when she left Themyscira, as it slowly will turn Diana into a human if she remains on the mainland.
> With this, Ares has a chance to possess Diana, transferring his soul into her body to escape prison and have immortality. Diana used to blame this on her mother, but after learning how Ares has been planning this to take advantage, she now goes turning against him. Diana fights Ares with all the powers she has left. She wins after a long battle that soon wakes her up from Ares's world. Diana burns the prison once she sealed it back. After that, she returns to Themyscira only to confirm what Ares told her. Diana also figured out the reason behind the spell's use was to protect Themyscira from the dangers outside, as a form of her concern for her people since The Great War of the Gods centuries ago. But now her worries have slowly faded as Diana had proven mankind is not as dangerous as they thought. In the end, Diana requests that Themyscira should open itself to the mainland, to which her mother agrees. The two went to Zeus' temple and asked his soul's permission to remove its spell from the island.
