Plot:
> The world is shocked by the mysterious attack of the alien titled "Parademons" by the media lately. They frequently hide in the shadows and go kidnapping people by night. Batman, who's been watching their activities, soon goes to investigate it. After taking a sample from defeating one Parademons, Batman suspects this has a relation with Superman that he goes to Metropolis for an answer. In Central City, a teenager Victor Stone is preparing for a final Football match with his team. However, he wasn't that satisfied as his father, Silas Stone, isn't going to watch him. In Washington DC, Wonder Woman is in The White House as an ambassador since she opened Themyscira publicly and cooperated with the Government. And the next day, The President is about to pay a visit to her island and Diana is assigned to escort the convoy. As Bruce Wayne, Batman enters Daily Planet to see Clark Kent for a talk. Bruce explains that he knows Clark's secret alias before he gets into the main topic. In Amnesty Bay, a man is drinking at the bar while staring at a lobster. A group of thugs suddenly took the lobster and mocked him like crazy for talking to it. Angered, he tries to take it back harshly until a fistfight breaks out. The man won easily and left the thugs after paying for his drink, with a slipped note written "They are yours now - Arthur Curry- ". The next day, Superman brought Batman to his Fortress of Solitude. Clark analyzed Bruce's sample but didn't get the match with his Kryptonian technology. Victor is leading his team in the game at Central City's stadium. Although he manages to win the match, his day still doesn't feel complete due to his father's absence. Silas even didn't answer his call and checked the text which upsets him more.

> In STAR Labs, Silas Stone is busy observing "the box" since its activity has risen at its peak lately. His assistant reminds him to check on Victor but Silas refuses in need to focus. Later, Victor arrives at the lab disappointed by his father's indifference. The two are in an argument but Silas soon orders his men to take him out of the lab. Outraged for not being treated well, Victor rebels and interrupts the experiment by taking the box. He yells emotionally stating how "this thing" is more important than his son before an unexpected thing suddenly happened. The box exploded and merged into Victor's body. Silas is horrified and orders his assistant to help bring him into the medical room. At the same time, The President is in Themyscira for his visit before the same incident erupts in their basement safe. It turns out that Hippolyta had secretly kept the same box during the whole time, and now it activated and emits a portal that releases a group of Parademons. The President is now taken back to the US with Wonder Woman and The Air Force protecting him. Silas is struggling to save Victor but soon he turns into a giant robot who loses control and opens the same portal in the sky. Batman and Superman notice that they go split up in Central City and the flying presidential plane respectively. In CCPD, Barry Allen is at work before he suits up as Flash after receiving a distress call from Silas. Flash and Batman arrive together and team up against the Parademons. Superman is occupied with helping Wonder Woman and the Forces guarding The President. However, The Air Forces are having difficulty thus Parademons have sabotaged some of the ships. One of those members bravely jumps off the ship and saves his partners, by wearing a green-colored costume once he puts on his ring. With his help, Superman and Wonder Woman manage to defend The President until he lands safely.

> The man introduces himself as Hal Jordan, an intergalactic police force member of; the Green Lantern Corps with the ability to construct anything from his ring with willpower. Superman receives a call from Batman for help in Central City, which is also followed by Wonder Woman and Green Lantern. Meanwhile, Arthur is protecting Amnesty Bay from Parademons with his mentor, Nuidis Vulko. Arthur is aware of the attack on Central City that he asks Vulko's permission to go. The heroes are now gathered waiting for bigger threats. A bigger portal opens as the general of Parademons appears in full armor and a giant ax, calling himself Steppenwolf. Hal recklessly went forward but was beaten with a broken right arm due to his underestimation. The heroes fight cluelessly without leadership. When the controlled Victor goes attacking them, tidal waves arise from the ocean and sweep up the Parademons. Arthur, with Vulko's trident, jumps and attacks Victor to disable and Flash stops him to prevent killing Victor, triggering a misunderstanding that leads them into a small fight. Steppenwolf gets up and attacks beyond their watch. Superman is on the front line to protect the others but gets ultimately beaten and taken away. From this point of failure, the heroes started to learn the importance of teamwork besides prioritizing their egos. Batman takes control as a leader with his plans; he goes inside the portal to save Superman while the others fight Steppenwolf to buy some time. And Flash must find a way to reprogram Victor since Batman believes he's the key to stopping this invasion. The heroes do as Batman said. As he lured a Parademons to take him, Wonder Woman commands the other to fight Steppenwolf while Flash is bringing Victor away to STAR Labs.
